Discussion

The results of the conducted research show that the solid dispersion with poloxamer-188 carriers has an effect of lowering the average ICAM-1 serum level, with ICAM-1 levels being lower than that of irbesartan non-dispersion. The results of the conducted study show that the solid dispersion with poloxamer-188 carriers has an effect of reducing the serum levels of IL-8, with IL-8 levels being lower than those of non-dispersible irbesartan.

In our study, cord blood lactate level to diagnose HIE was > 8.12 mmol/L giving a sensitivity of 73.7%, specificity 86.4%.
