EGFR expression was positive in 7 (15.9%) of the cases, all of which were grade IV astrocytoma. Overexpression of EGFR due to gene amplification has been reported in primary brain tumors of glial origin [29].
In conclusion, immunohistochemical expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) was limited only to glioblastoma, and thus could be used to predict high-grade glioblastoma. Expression of the epidermal growth factor receptor in astrocytic tumors is specifically associated with glioblastoma multiforme.
Effect of Irbesartan-Poloxamer-188 Solid Dispersion on Intercellular Cell Adhesion Molecule-1 and Interleukin-8 on
Introduction
In the inflammatory process, the endothelial surface will express adhesion molecules such as vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM), intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) [4]. On the other hand, the effect of dissolution rate and modification of irbesartan crystal properties on endothelial cells such as intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM) and interleukin (IL-8) have not been reported.
Material and Methods
To determine the significance of the treatment, the Bonferroni Post Hoc test was performed. The approval of the Ethics Commission of the Faculty of Medicine, Unand Padang with ethical approval no.
Results
The results of the non-dispersion evaluation of irbesartan and solid dispersion of irbesartan-poloxamer-188 on serum ICAM-1 and IL-8 levels were analyzed using statistics IBM SPSS version 19.
Discussion
The results of the conducted research show that the solid dispersion with poloxamer-188 carriers has an effect of lowering the average ICAM-1 serum level, with ICAM-1 levels being lower than that of irbesartan non-dispersion. The results of the conducted study show that the solid dispersion with poloxamer-188 carriers has an effect of reducing the serum levels of IL-8, with IL-8 levels being lower than those of non-dispersible irbesartan.

Comparison of Clinico-Pathological Presentations of Triple- Negative versus Triple-Positive and HER2 Iraqi Breast Cancer
Evaluation of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and HER2 content in primary tumors was performed by IHC staining of formalin-paraffin-fixed tissue blocks using Dako (Denmark) kits including specific monoclonal antibodies [14]. , [15]. Patients with the TN subtype were significantly younger than the other groups (69% younger than 50 years compared to 52% overall).
Author Contribution
Regarding breast cancer stage at presentation, our results revealed a significant difference in the distribution between the different groups (p < 0.05); with the highest frequency of advanced stages (III and IV) observed among those harboring the HER2-enriched subtypes. It has been shown in the literature that hormone receptor-positive breast cancer expression is often associated with earlier stages at presentation and that HER2+ involvement is reflected by poorly differentiated tumors and advanced stages [39].

Preparation of In Situ Cross-Linked N-Maleoyl Chitosan-Oxidized Sodium Alginate Hydrogels for Drug Delivery Applications
Therefore, in this research, MCS was assumed to be cross-linked with natural bifunctional cross-linking agents (e.g. alginate dialdehyde) and the hydrogel could be obtained in situ. Several studies have reported the synthesis of hydrogels that form in situ via covalent Schiff base cross-linking without any chemical cross-linking agent between the modified chitosan derivative and alginate dialdehyde.
Material and Method
OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to determine the effect of IL-10 induction on membrane HLA-G expression and soluble HLA-G production by HeLa CCL-2 cells. In this study, IL-10 was used to induce the production of HLA-G protein on HeLa CCL 2 cells as a model of tumor cells.

Predictions of Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy by Umbilical Cord Blood Lactate in Newborns with Birth Asphyxia
Predictors of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy by cord blood lactate in neonates with birth asphyxia.
Pаtients and Methods
In our study, cord blood lactate level to diagnose HIE was > 8.12 mmol/L giving a sensitivity of 73.7%, specificity 86.4%. In conclusion, umbilical cord blood lactate can be used as an early predictor in the diagnosis of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, being a very easy, cheap and non-invasive measure.
Ethics Approval and Consent to Participate
The combined score of cord blood and cord blood lactate in the diagnosis of HIE gives us better sensitivity and specificity than lactate alone, and it could also be used in the prognosis of neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and for detecting the outcome.

Risk Factors Associated With Hip Fractures among Adult People in Babylon City, Iraq
In the United States, only one-third of hip fractures occur in men. Many risk factors are associated with hip fractures; perhaps age is the most important.
Patient and Method
36% of them had hypertension as another current illness, 58.7% had complications, 57.3% had a negative family history of hip fracture, 78.7% had someone caring for the condition. Very little information is available on the epidemiology of hip fractures in Iraq and the main risk factors for this disabling fracture.
