ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis dan Industri/UMKM di pulau Bengkalis. Tanpa adanya kolaborasi yang intensif antara dunia kerja dengan dunia pendidikan tinggi, maka tidak akan terciptanya hasil maksimal jika masing-masing pihak berjalan secara individu. Pengembangan ilmu dan teknologi di Perguruan Tinggi masih belum berorientasi pada pemenuhan kebutuhan atau pemecahan permasalahan Industri. Dari permasalahan tesebut maka diusulkan sebuah Platform Kolaborasi Pergurusan Tinggi dan Industri di Pulau Bengkalis. Tujuan dibuatnya platform ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah Platfrom Kolaborasi berbasis web. Industri dapat memberikan penawaran masalah bisnis untuk diselesaikan bersama-sama yang dapat melibatkan Perguruan Tinggi, dosen dan mahasiswa, Perguruan Tinggi dapat menawarkan usulan penyelesaian masalah (dalam berbagai macam bentuk hasil penelitian, ide, gagasan, produk, dll) untuk digunakan oleh Industri. Maka pelaku bidang usaha/industri akan berdiskusi dan berkolaborasi. Sistem ini peneliti menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP, bahasa ini digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi Web, sedangkan basis data yang digunakan adalah MySQL dan Framework laravel. Aplikasi ini dapat berjalan dengan baik menggunakan browser Mozilla Firefox dan Google Chrome.

ABSTRACK
This research was conducted at the Bengkalis State Polytechnic and Industry/MSMEs on the island of Bengkalis. Without an intensive collaboration between the world of work and the world of higher education, maximum results will not be created if each party runs individually. The development of science and technology in higher education is still not oriented towards meeting the needs or solving industrial problems. From these problems, a Collaboration Platform for Higher Education and Industry on Bengkalis Island was proposed. The purpose of this platform is to build a web-based Collaboration Platform. Industry can offer business problems to be solved jointly which can involve universities, lecturers and students, universities can offer problem solving proposals (in various forms of research results, ideas, ideas, products, etc.) to be used by Industry. Then business/industry actors will discuss and collaborate. This system researchers use the PHP programming language, this language is used to build Web applications, while the databases used are MySQL and Laravel Framework. This application can run well using Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome browsers.
