1- Currently density is 1068 kg/m3.
2- F1-1201 Pressure was high 0.03 from 12:27am to 7:30am as batch tank was on in out towards F1-1201
3- Rotary valve was take in service at 10:28 am and was off lined from 12:10 am to 2:30 am and 9:42 am to 10:08 am and 10:22 am to 10:28 am.
4- Recycle solvent flow is currently low and FCV-2011 output is also low.
5- F1-1206 temperature is low at 90.43 currently however the level is stable now from 10:24 am 6- Flow variation is as such from 10:28am in every 08 min a flow kick of 8-10TPH however there
are no kicks in reactor pressure currently.
7- Reactor level switch was active from 7:40am to onwards till 07:52am and in the mean while level dropped to 48% at lowest.
8- Reactor was operated at low level from 07:43pm to 9:20pm level remained low at 38% to 39.18% for 40 min.
9- PCV-2132 output is more or less same.
10- LP steam consumption is on lower side as compared to pre shutdown and currently it is 1.8-2 TPH less compared with 12-13 august trend and giving relatively higher temperature at low steam flow even at chest pressure of 2.2 barg at 12 TPH of slurry to Dryer (FT-2153-FT2154) at relatively lower PCV output.
11- Currently Dryer Amps are a bit higher but it is usual as compared to previous after startup dryer Amps used to be around 170-180 and after 5 days it comes back to 150 Amps.
12- 2008A and 2008B flowrate are 1.6 TPH and 0 however pressure at F1-1201 remain normal.
13- LCV-2171 output is on higher side at D1-1401.
14- Demin water consumption is on higher side which is 158 TPH and currently re-slurry ratio is also high at 0.5
15- HP steam consumption is also on a higher side currently 46.5-47 TPH.
16- LP consumption is adequate currently however letdown is opening.
Note: MPR results are in normal range and currently density issues are still here and plant is in stabilization state and after which optimization will be carried out.
Recommendation:
1- Kindly attend FT2008A and B and Check the flow
2- Kindly target dryer outlet temperature at 118oC after stabilization of density.
3- Plant parameters are still not comparable due to density variations and most of the parameters are normal in range.
4- Re-slurry ratio to target 0.45 as OX quality is stabilizing.
