Lower Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Index is associated with increased risk of cardiovascular events and mortality. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between physical activity level and HRV index. HRV index including RR interval, standard deviation of N-N interval (SDNN) and Root Mean Square of Successive Differences between Normal Heartbeats (RMSSD) were determined using ECG recording Fukuda Denshi FX-7102.
There is a significant association (p<0.05) between the level of physical activity determined by metabolic equivalents (MET) using the GPAQ questionnaire and the heart rate variability index, as the RR-interval (r= 0.856) shows a very strong correlation, SDNN ( r=0.429) shows moderate correlation and RMSSD (r=0.559) shows moderate correlation at rest Conclusion. There is a significant relationship between the level of physical activity and the HRV index. Key words: heart rate variability, level of physical activity.

COMPARISON OF THE ALBUMIN LEVELS OF STUNTING AND NON-STUNTING TODDLER CHILDREN IN LAMPUNG PROVINCE, INDONESIA. Protein works by forming new tissue and replacing damaged or dead tissue, so albumin, the predominant protein component in the body, is used as an indicator for determining nutritional status. This study aims to determine the difference in mean albumin levels in retarded and non-retarded children in Lampung Province, Indonesia.
Serum albumin levels were examined using the Brom Cresol Green (BCG) method with albumin cut-off of 3.5-5.0 g/dL. Data are normally distributed, but the results of the independent t-test show a bivariate analysis of mean differences that are significant with a value of p = 0.007 (p < 0.05) between the mean serum albumin levels of toddlers with dwarfism (4 .53 g / dL) lower than non-toddlers who are stunted (4.70 g / dL), although still within the normal range of albumin levels, which is 3.5-5 g / dL. The conclusions obtained were differences in mean albumin levels where toddlers in stunted were lower than non stunted toddlers.

Fitness of non-pharmacological treatment as prevention of metabolic syndrome in "Prolanis" community in Bandung. The purpose of this study is to observe the suitability of an exercise intervention as a non-pharmacological therapy in the Prolanis community of Bandung. Descriptive analytical studies were conducted on the population of Prolanis community (140 samples) representing two areas of Bandung city (west and east).
Quality data of physical components in the form of physical fitness, leg muscle strength and balance were obtained sequentially through a six-minute walking test, leg dynamo and balance test. Physical activity and dietary data were obtained from the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) and the Three-Day Food Recall (3-D FR). Consistently, the quality of the prevailing physical components was still in the least category, however food intake tended to be excessive.
Determined exercise, for example, healthy walking with the appropriate dose, is expected to be a non-pharmacological treatment to reduce obesity, ensure blood pressure, develop muscle mass and improve fitness in the Prolanis community in Bandung.

Cognitive functions are the way a person interprets objects or situations around them. It consists of a number of domains such as attention, memory, language, visuospatial and executive functions. Habits of using smartphones in daily activities can reduce the use of cognitive functions and ultimately cause a decline in cognitive functions. To analyze the effect of smartphone addiction on cognitive functions and each of its domains.
The subject of this experiment is obtained with purposive sampling that meets the inclusion criteria. From the analysis of the effect of smartphone addiction level with cognitive functions in young people, p = 0.005 can be obtained. Significant correlations are also obtained between smartphone addiction level with memory domain (p = 0.010) and with attention domain (p = 0.033).
There is a significant relationship between the level of smartphone addiction and cognitive functions in adolescents, also with the memory domain and the attention domain.

Attention is a concentration of mind to filter information and solve problems that occur in the process. ASMR is a "tingling" sensation that starts on the scalp, spreads to the neck, spine, arms and even further areas.
ASMR will activate the NAcc, which involves dopamine, which contributes to the one aspect of attention, the executive. In addition, the main stimulation of ASMR in the form of whispering can be released dopamine. Sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) is known as low glycemic index, it has been shown to have hypoglycemic effect. This research aimed to determine the effect of purple-skinned sweet potato powder on blood sugar levels, proteinuria, and blood pressure in diabetic rats.
The rats are divided into 5 groups: non-diabetic control rats, diabetic control rats, diabetic-purple-skinned sweet potato powder 200mg/kg body weight/day-treated rats, diabetic-purple-skinned sweet potato powder 400mg/kg body weight/day-treated rats, and diabetic -purple peeled sweet potato powder 800mg/kg body weight/day-treated rats. Subjects are treated for up to 8 weeks, blood is taken from the retro-orbital venous plexus to determine blood sugar levels. The rats are placed in metabolic cages for 24-hour urine collection to determine proteinuria. The result showed the significant decrease in blood sugar, proteinuria and blood pressure in diabetic rats treated with sweet potato powder with purple skin.
Purple-skinned sweet potato powder can prevent the complication of DM, improve renal function with reduced levels of proteinuria and blood pressure in diabetic rats.
