Arranged an appointment with the lecturer regarding upcoming classes and courses
Coordinate class and courses schedule, assignments and exams to the lecturer and students
Rent a classroom ahead from other class leaders in order to use the classroom on time for the lecture due to the limited number of available classrooms
Cooperate with other subject leader from 5 different classes to make the schedule of the lecturer so it doesn’t collide with other class schedule and other subject from different lecturer.
Prepare and handle all the needs of the lecturer so that the course can be carried out properly such as laptop, power point, assignment papers, LCD Screen and Projector until the course finished.

Coordinate members of the health division to arrange work programs related to health to serve the village community.
