Conditions Qualifications

All unknown dimensions and connections should be identified through RFI procedure or a bulletin prior to CSF detailing. Labor escalation through 5/31/2023.

Price of Material is based on current prices. Significant escalation (>2%) during performance of contract is not included Substrate to be ready prior to mobilization.

Access to each floor is provided by GC through elevator, skip, ramp, or other means, as required by CSF. (1) Coat Standard Shop Primer if stated Substrate Removal and cut back should be sufficient to facilitate installation of the steel and provide an unimpeded access All work is considered straight time

CSF is not responsible to protect existing or new elements while erection is in progress and all protection is by others Free & Clear access to allow for conventioanl erect/install methods Price is based on free and clear access required to allow for conventional installation practices All demolition should be completed prior to CSF’s required V.I.F All field welds will be coated and protected either with Cold Galvanizing Compound Spray or with Spray Paint or brush applied paint.

Due to extreme volatility in the metals market, price is subject to review and adjustment at time of release Bidding only Structural steel which is specifically called in structural drawings. (If applicable.) All MEP, Sprinklers, conduits, and any sort of obstruction will be removed prior to erection by others.

Shakeout area, material storage area should be provided by GC on the designated floors/locations adjacent to line item scope

Work in nature is considered load and noisy and, due to welding, it could be smoky. CSF will try to mitigate as much as possible the level of noise and fume but cannot guarantee a noise and smoke-free workplace.

Price is based on the current set of bid drawings, supplied CSF-ASK drawings, and is not pre-engineered. If calculation requires additional material other than shown on the drawing or heavier sizes, CSF will be-

CSF will be entitled to additional work in case of hitting any reinforcement in the concrete due to complexity and being time-intensive to cut thru rebar.

If this case happens, CSF foreman will inform the GC superintendent for tracking of additional time.
