1 INTRODUCTION

The purpose of the research was to describe the elements behind the phenomenon of prolonged labor in relation to adoption and travel. The purpose of this study is to describe the factors for prolonged labor in terms of transition and passenger to RSUD dr.

2 METHOD

In order to avoid prolonged labor during labor, pregnant women should go for regular antenatal check-ups according to the schedule or as needed, in order to determine if there are any abnormalities or defects in the pelvis and the soft birth canal. As for the passenger, mothers should claim that the body is not overweight because obesity is likely to cause the baby to become larger as well.

3 RESULT AND DISCUSSION Result

If there is no match between the shape and size of the pelvis and the size of the fetus, this will result in prolonged labor, as well as mild defects of the birth canal, for example cervical edema, especially due to the narrowness of the pelvis, the cervix is a sandwich. between the head and the birth canal resulting in disruption of blood and fluid circulation causing cervical edema. Furthermore, in terms of parity, mothers who have given birth to a large baby may also be pregnant with a large baby, and mothers with poorly controlled diabetes tend to have a larger baby.

Discussion

Even in very experienced hands, it is difficult to determine fetal weight by examining the abdomen (Marton, et al., 1996). Fetal size is only one half of the equation, but the other is pelvic bone size.

The activities, such as smoking, using cosmetic ingredients or using pesticides in the home.

Humidity Relative

Air quality is affected by various factors, such as building materials (asbestos), building structures (room.

Ventilation

Research results by Zairinayati et al (Zairinayati, Udiyono, & Hanani, 2013) also showed the same results, namely the rate of ventilation associated with the incidence of pneumonia with the results of statistical tests. With an OR value of 3.889, this means that children living in a house with a large ventilation area that does not meet the requirements have a risk of pneumonia that is 3.9 times greater than toddlers living in houses with extensive ventilation that does meet the requirements.

Lighting Intensity Analysis in The Biology Practicum Room at The Integrated Laboratory of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya

One of the practicums with the most practitioners is the practicum in the laboratory of an educational institution. In order to determine the appropriateness of the level of illumination in the integrated laboratory of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya, especially in the biological practicum, it is necessary to analyze the intensity of illumination in the room.

3 RESULT AND DISCUSSION Results

Table 5 shows the results of lighting measurements of the Microbiology laboratory room at an average of 558 Lux, with the highest intensity being 667 Lux. The results of the light measurements of the Basic Biology B laboratory room in table 6 show an average of 683 Lux, with the highest intensity being 822 Lux.

Discussio n

This is very significant, considering that the average lighting intensity in the room is in accordance with the required standards. However, lighting intensity that does not comply with standards can cause health problems, especially eye health.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

Based on the results of measurements of 6 biological practice rooms, there is a mismatch between light intensity and SNI light intensity for the function of the room as a laboratory in educational institutions is 500 Lux), some of these practice rooms are practical in Ecology, Basic Biology A, and Microbiology there is a discrepancy with the recommended standards, especially on certain points. Although this discrepancy is not significant, given that the average light intensity in the room complies with the required standards, the light intensity that does not comply with the standards can cause health problems, especially eye health.
