Population and respondents of this study are the apparatus level II and III involved in the preparation of the budget in the area of ​​Medan City Government. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling of the banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The proposed model is intended to describe the phenomenon of the main factors intrapreneurship behavior in the organization and the factors that influence and impact the development of the construction company.

The role of the leader is very important for the success of knowledge management implementation. The operating performance of West Java's textile industry is generally less favorable, as evidenced by companies' ROE tending to decline every year. The research objective was to study the effect of corporate image and corporate value on the performance of the textile companies in West Java.

The unit of analysis in this research is industrial textile companies in West Java, where the unit of observation is the management of the company. It shows that the business performance of the green business unit is still low. Based on the characteristics of the respondents in this study, it appears that the majority of respondents tend to be lower middle class.

This research objective is to study about value creation and competition strategy and their impact on business performance of the non-machine woven industry in West Java. The unit of analysis and observation in this study is the management team of the company of the Non-Machine Woven Industry in West Java, the sample size of 50, which uses stratified random sampling methods. The conceptual frameworks used are (1) Factor analysis of consumer buying behavior (culture, government, marketing activities, reference groups, perception, attitudes, learning, motivations, emotions, self-concept and lifestyle) (2 ) Analysis of the residential environment (mobility, community convenience, community social capital) and (3) Analysis of the Purchase Decision Process and finally (4) Analysis of the relationship between the variables.

THE EFFECT OF MARKETING RELATIONSHIPS AND THE MARKETING MIX ON CUSTOMER TRUST IN TELECOMMUNICATION MOBILE SERVICE OPERATORS IN INDONESIA. However, the contribution of creative industries to GDP (gross domestic product) still lags behind some developed countries in the world. Indonesia has been more than 5 (five) years behind in managing the national creative industry compared to developed countries.

It shows that the business performance of creative industries in Indonesia is still suboptimal, as well as in West Java province. This is probably due to the implementation of the competitive strategy which has not been adequate and to weaknesses in the development of innovation management. This study aims to assess the innovation management and competitive strategy and its impact on the business performance of creative industries in West Java Province.

The findings show that innovation management and competitive strategy influence the business performance of creative industries in West Java. Based on some of the results of this study, it was concluded that the adoption of knowledge management is very beneficial for SMEs. While the results of the hypothesis that the inflation variable and the BI rate do not affect the change in the stock price index.

Presumably because companies still have some weaknesses in the development of company reputation and partnership. The unit of analysis and observation in this study is the management team of a company in the ferry service industry in Indonesia, which consisted of 37 companies in total, so the sampling technique uses the census method. Some previous studies on the capital adequacy ratio are usually done by analyzing the internal factors that affect it, but in this study it will be related to the macro factors. The dependent variables of this research are capital adequacy ratio, while the independent variables consist of internal factors, profitability/ROA, deposit structure/DEP, asset quality/NPF, liquidity/FDR and operational efficiency/OEOI, bank size/SIZE and external factors (inflation rate /IR).
