As requested, we are pleased to provide our professional services on your company’s corporate matters. Kindly refer to our job scope and quotation for the professional services as prescribed below:
1. SECRETARIAL SERVICES
Companies registered in Malaysia are subject to a number of regulations, policies, standards, guidelines and code of ethics. By engaging our services, our partners will be named as company secretary of the company.
Below are some of the fees regarding our professional secretarial services (excluding incorporation fee):

6. Transfer of Shares (per reso/document) 50.00
7. Preparing Trust Deed 200.00
8. Preparation of each Directors’ or Members’ Resolutions/SSM Practice
Directive/letter 50.00
9. Update info at SSM MyCoID (per reso) 50.00
10. SSM Submission Audited Accounts 250.00
11. Incorporation Fees ( come with 1 bank reso ) 2500.00

The said quotation is exclusive of all out-of-pocket expenses incurred i.e. travelling, printing, stationeries, attestation of statutory declaration etc, and excluding mandatory charges payable to statutory bodies such as SSM, LHDN and Commissioner for Oaths.

NOTES FOR INCORPORATION
Below are the details needed for incorporation:

For paid-up capital in RM, we will start with RM2500.00 as that is our incorporation fee.
To increase the paid up capital, the Company needs to open bank account and pump-in the money before we proceed with increment. (The first allotment is FOC).
As a Sdn Bhd, the directors are responsible to have the company’s financial statement audited and submit tax computation annually.
As a one-stop consulting firm, we are providing all the compliance services needed, namely corporate legal, accounting, audit , company secretarial and taxation.
