Telkomsel's Consent Management System is designed to obtain approval to process personal data for specific purposes in accordance with government regulations and has been modernized in 2022 by IT, with the integration of supporting platforms such as CRM, Big Data, and also Key Digital Channels. To allocate more capacity and improve quality as well as user experience, Telkomsel decided to upgrade its 3G network to 4G, expanded network infrastructure to include 4G and 5G, as well as acquiring additional 5 MHz frequency spectrum from 2.1 GHz, and contributed to Telkomsel's efforts to improve its sustainability performance.
