However, we have only received one unit, and the remaining two are still pending delivery.
The printer we received is in good working condition, and we are satisfied with its performance. However, the incomplete delivery has caused a significant
inconvenience to our operations, as we had allocated these printers for immediate use in our various departments.
We kindly request that you expedite the delivery of the remaining two printers at your earliest convenience. Please confirm the shipment date and expected delivery date so that we can make the necessary arrangements on our end.
