Hence, the MoU will provide industrial exposure to the students and faculty of the college for guiding and enhancing them to upgrade to the new technologies, so as to develop products with the support and guidance from the company.
The Validity of the MOU is until it is expressly terminated by either party on mutually agreed terms. It can be extended by further periods, as agreed to by both the Parties from time to time.
