EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Dendeng or jerky meat is very popular in Indonesia. It made from meat that sliced or pound untill flat and thin then marinated whether with sweet, sour or sovoury sauce. This marinated meat must dried quickly to slow the growth of bacteria. From that statement the writer try to creat something new with dendeng product but also can be subtitute for plant-base eater.

The writer use carrot (Daucus carota subsp.sativus) as main ingredient because its contain high fiber and vitamin A wich is beneficial to get rid of excessive cholestrol in your blood also plays a role to lowering your blood preassure. Furthermore carrot is verry common used, grow relatively everywhere and cheaper than meat.

The writer are targeting on vegetarian because the writer use full plant- based ingredients. Surely our Dendeng Wortel will meet the customer‘s need.

Above all the price the writer offer is quite affordable, Rp. 15.000. The writer hope with price like that people will buy our product in big amount. The writer basicaly will begin to promote and supply our product to place that have a vegetarian community like vegetarian store, vegetarian restaurant,work place even

souvenir store.
