Introduction

Dietary fiber and fructose content in the jujube fruit play a role in regulating blood sugar levels by slowing digestion [5]. The main objective of the present studies was to further explore the anti-inflammatory and anti-diarrheal activities of ethanolic extract of Ziziphus jujube fruit.

Materials and Methods

Then, 100 µl of suspension B was spread on the MacConkey agar plates and incubated for 24 hours at 37°C. The proportion of watery stool weight was calculated based on the formula developed by Wang et al.,[33].

Result

In addition, EEZJ 1200 mg/kg was the only test group that achieved a significant result (P ≤ 0.05) in reducing total stool count compared to the control group. The positive control resulted in a similar level of significance compared to the negative control (P ≤ 0.05) in terms of reduction in total stool count.

Discussion

Diclofenac sodium is superior to other clinically established non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents in carrageenan-induced paw edema [54]. The result of the present study showed and solidified that diclofenac sodium has significant anti-inflammatory activity.

Acknowledgements

From previous studies, betulinic acid is considered to have a potent anti-inflammatory activity where betulinic acid can reduce the production of TNF-α as well as nitric oxide in mice. This is especially the case with the betulinic acid assay as the acid buffer improved the peak shape and eliminated the tail of the target peak [61].

A New Horizontal Plane of the Head

In fact, it has been shown that the lateral semicircular canals are tilted downward and backward approximately 30° in the direction of the Frankfort horizontal when a person is in the natural head position with their eyes cast to the horizon [14] [15]. They also recommended the use of estimated natural head orientation (NHO) performed by experienced clinicians in addition to the concept of natural head position.

Material and Methods

The mean values of these angles were taken to determine the clinical orientation angle of the subjects. After tracing the cephalometric radiographs, we checked the orientation angle made with the orientator's image and the true vertical (posterior-inferior angle) by comparing it with the subject's original clinical orientation angle.

Results

Using Orienter to determine the clinical orientation angle facilitated the measurement of the inferior posterior angle before and after cephalometric radiography to assess any errors (Figures 2 and 3). Furthermore, the K plane was found, during the analysis, to be at the same level as the insertion of the trapezius muscle (neuchal line on the back of the .. head), which separates the skull into 2 parts; skull and face treatment.

Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme (ACE) D Allele as a Risk Factor for Increase Serum Interleukin-6 and Interleukin-8 in Psoriasis

Our main aim was to investigate the role of IL-6, IL-8 and ACE I/D polymorphism in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Also, our specific aim is to investigate the relationship between the ACE polymorphism and the occurrence of psoriasis.

Subject and Methods

Comparison of biochemical parameters and variable clinical types of psoriasis showed that the levels of serum ACE, serum IL-6 and IL-8 were higher in patients with severe psoriasis than in patients with moderate psoriasis and mild psoriasis with P values of 0.008, respectively. (Table 5). Also, comparison of biochemical parameters and variable clinical types of psoriasis in our patients showed increased levels of all variables in patients with severe psoriasis vulgaris compared to those with moderate psoriasis vulgaris and mild psoriasis vulgaris.

Comparison of Effect of Leukotriene Biosynthesis Blockers and Inhibitors of Phosphodiesterase Enzyme in Patients with

Statistical data processing included determination of mean values (X), standard deviation (SD), standard error (SEM). The results also show that the phosphodiesterase enzyme blocker significantly blocks the binding to the adenosine receptor (p < 0.05), but their effect is weaker on the respiratory system than that of leukotriene biosynthesis blockers.

Evaluation of the Efficacy of Combined Therapy of Methotrexate and Etanercept versus Methotrexate as a Mono-Therapy

Evaluating the efficacy of methotrexate and etanercept combination therapy versus methotrexate as monotherapy. The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of methotrexate (MTX) as monotherapy compared to combination therapy with etanercept (ETN) and methotrexate (MTX) in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

Immunopathological and Modulatory Effects of Cag A + Genotype on Gastric Mucosa, Inflammatory Response, Pepsinogens, and

The second aim was to detect the serum level of gastric hormones (PGI, PGII, PG I/II ratio, G-17) in infected cases. The study of the possible correlation between the levels of PGI, PGII, PG I/II ratio, G-17, H Pylori-IgG antibodies in serum; the expression of the Cag A gene in the stomach tissue and the status of the gastroduodenal mucosa as well as the possible effects of H.

Subjects and Methods

Electrical injuries in the adult population mainly affect men, are most often work-related and are the fourth most common cause of traumatic death at work [3]. Morbidity and mortality from electrical injuries are relatively high and have physical and psychological short- and long-term consequences [4] [5].

Material and the Methods

This differentiation has not only theoretical considerations, but also practical in the further treatment of the pathology. Nevertheless, even in the case of minor amputations, post-burn fibrosis has contributed to complete loss of function of the affected limb.
