Praise the presence of Allah SWT for His grace and mercy, the activities and reports of this job training can be properly carried out and completed. This practical work is one of the activities for Bengkalis State Polytechnic students in the completion of studies carried out at the end of the VIII (eighth) semester and as a requirement to continue the next semester, it has great significance for the author to apply the knowledge gained in lectures to the world of work, namely in PT. The author is very grateful to certain parties who helped and provided guidance during the on-the-job training.

The attitude of hospitality, kinship, discipline, attention, mutual aid and attention greatly helps the author in completing the work. Hutomo Atman Maulana,S.Pd.,M.Si as a student advisor in the study program International Business Administration. To all my friends, especially cahcahbocah (Hurin, Fafa, Endang, Deti, Ira, Nia and Bang Tole) as the author's internship partner from the beginning to the end of this practical work.

Practical work is a way for students to develop themselves when they enter the world of work. This practical work activity can make a significant contribution to the development of students to prepare themselves as best as possible before entering the world of work and to the development of competence at the Bengkalis State Polytechnic. This practical work is carried out after Bengkalis State Polytechnic students have completed a minimum of 7 (seven) semesters and fully graduated.

Based on the above, the author as a student of the Study Program for International Business Administration is required to do practical work for 4 (four) months. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper as a place to carry out practical work activities because the author wants to have the opportunity to apply the knowledge/theoretical concepts gained during the lectures in the real world of work and the author gains direct experience in applying the knowledge/theoretical concept . according to the field of expertise. Bengal State Polytechnic receives feedback from companies regarding curriculum development and learning processes for students who participate in Internships, which can improve the quality of their graduates through practical work experience.

This practical work activity was conducted at PT Riau Andalan Pulp And Paper (Mill) Jl. The activities carried out by the author during the practical work are in the Business Unit KOPKAR PT.RAPP and the Business Unit of Hotel Unigraha, Dept.

The differences in the cashier software used at KOPKAR Mart and ABEE Mart that were studied caused the author to take a little longer to understand and study the software. The author asks other employees who have experience using the software SID-Retail so that the author can learn more about the software. The author approaches with a friendly, polite and best possible attitude, the author also understands himself and adapts so that the awkwardness and anxiety he has does not continue.

The author gets tasks in the KOPKAR business unit, which are learning Cashier, Input Data (Purchase Data and Supplier Data), Label and Barcode Printing, Product Display, Daily Report and Employee Expenditure Report. While in HRD they are taught to archive employee data, verify attendance data correction based on actual data, TMS customization to leave form, create employee ID badge, register MCU, prepare/fill form (form for leave, travel request form, housing/mess claim form, employee welfare claim form, interview report), receipt document (invoice, OT form, applicant letter), creation and preparation of attendance list (core values trainings, Masquarade entertainment). Then, in these practical work activities, the author also understands the systems and procedures used in the implementation of the practical work.

While in Human Resource Development Department such as archiving employee data, verifying attendance data based on actuals, customizing TMS to leave form, creating employee ID badge, MCU registration, form preparation/filling (leave form, travel request form, housing) /Disorder request form, Employee welfare request form, Interview report), Receipt document (Bill, OT form, Applicant letter), Create and prepare attendance list (Core values ​​training, Masquerade's Party). During the practical work, the obstacles he encountered in completing the work were problems in the differences in the cash register software used in KOPKAR Mart and ABEE Mart that were studied, which took the author a little more time to understand and software studies. And feelings of awkwardness, stiffness and various fears in the interaction with employees during the interview for the MCU register. Therefore, the author asks other employees who have experience using the SID-Retail software for solutions, so that the author can learn and know more. about the software.

And the author approaches with a friendly, polite and best possible attitude, the author also understands himself and adapts so that the awkwardness and anxiety he has does not continue. The author gives some suggestions for various parties, namely for the author himself, for collage students who will be doing practical work in the coming period, for companies and for the State Polytechnic of Bengkalis. The author also provides suggestions that may be useful to students who will be doing practical work in the coming period, namely prioritizing safety and health, optimal use of time, working according to ability and also according to the instructions of the apprenticeship supervisor, who thinks before taking action undertakes, always patient and obedient, must learn to cope with all given tasks and there is an initiative to evaluate the system and procedures for implementing the apprenticeship.

Good performance in the implementation of practical work also has a positive impact, especially for students, campuses and also companies. The sales schedule contains the. supplier name, arrival date and arrival period. The daily report contains information about the summary and simplification of all customers' sales, while the employee credit cost report summarizes the names of employees who spent on credit. upon completion, the report is printed and delivered to KOPKAR PT.RAPP accounting.

There are several suggestions for a better company, namely when a company gives tasks involving high responsibility and high risk to internship students to be supervised, guided and taught the steps.

Suggestions for Bengkalis State Polytechnic campus is that the implementation of this internship can be used as an evaluation and to debrief students who will perform practical work activities before performing practical work in accordance with the field or course materials related to systems and procedures at the company where the work is performed.
