ASSESSMENT FINDINGS

Summary of Assessment Report of the RSPO Certification

The company can provide evidence of socialization of the Code of Conduct and SPO Communication and Consultation, dated January 2021, which was attended by leadership employees and also relevant stakeholders such as representatives of vendors/contractors, surrounding communities and also representatives of government agencies. The document contains a list of updated stakeholders, such as: Government Agencies, Work Partners, Community Leaders, Vendors/contractors, to representatives of trade unions. The auditor tries to make sure that the list is updated according to the latest data by contacting by phone according to the number listed in the document, and it is known that the number of stakeholders (such as trade union representatives) can be contacted.
