Summary of Assessment Report of the RSPO Certification
The company has a procedure for communication and consultation, which is contained in SOP Communication and Consultation, document no. The company maintains a list of stakeholders under the management of the CSR department, which is updated annually.

The results of interviews with workers (harvesters, sprayers, fertilizer and mill operators) and union representatives know that workers have an adequate understanding of their rights (wages, overtime, incentives, deductions, fines, etc.) that are set out in the Company Regulations and in in accordance with routine socialization provided by the certification unit. Based on these explanations, it can be concluded that the certification unit has performed work requirements in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia. Based on document review, field observation, as well as interview with the workers and external stakeholders, known that the company did not use fire for pest control. Compliance of the non-certified management units of PT Dharma Satya Nusantara with the rules of partial certification was determined through self-assessment in accordance with RSPO certification system clause 4.2.4.
