Summary of Assessment Report of the RSPO Certification
RSPO – 4006a Page 29 Based on interviews with surrounding town officials, if they require information, they will submit a letter to the company. The company shows the recording of internal audit activities as a document to monitor the implementation of the last procedure carried out on October 2, 2019. In terms of compliance with regulations by third parties, the company monitors such as agreement number, validity period of agreement, BPJS, workers' wages, etc.
The company (Stabat Mill) only accepts FFB from the core estate, there is no FFB from outside. The company also had a program for replanting, but the company only has a replanting plan in 2019/2020 with the extensive planning being 427 ha. The average percentage of numbered clusters is 96.7%, which met the company standard of >95%.
Average crop quality at Tanjung Beringin Estate is 94.2% where this has achieved the company standard of >90%.

The results of interviews with workers and trade unions showed that labor law procedures in the company are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. In SOP 31 Revision 3 of 18/04/2018, the company has established a procedure for the implementation of the IP/SG supply chain model.

The company has established a gender equality committee to deal with women's issues at the Tajung Beringin estate. From the results of checking the salaries of workers (for example, janitors and maintenance workers), it was clear that the company gave the same salary for the same amount of work.
The results of interviews with workers such as harvesters and maintenance workers showed that the company gave equal pay for the same amount of work. The use of contractors by the company for works that are seasonal (do not run continuously) and are also intended for social purposes (helping local residents with work). The company also displays documents related to the provision of personal protective equipment in the Personal Protective Equipment Monitoring Record document. Based on conversations with spraying workers, it is known that the company provides personal protective equipment free of charge (gloves, aprons, goggles, masks, safety shoes and helmets).
Based on the results of the field observation, the company also carries out organic fertilization activities in the form of applications of empty fruit bunches.
Soil surveys and topographic information are used for site planning in the establishment of new plantings, and the results are incorporated into plans and operations

The map says that 90% of the Tanjung Beringin Estate area has a flat slope with the category of soil group Tropaquepts, 6% Tropofluvents and 4% dystropepts.
Based on the results of the document review and field observations, no indications of peat areas were found. Based on field observations in Wards 1, 2 and 3, Tanjung Beringin Estate, it is known that the majority of the areas visited have flat slopes and no areas with high steepness (>15°) were found. The company has carried out maintenance and restoration of other buffer zones, in Tanjung Beringin Estate, there was only lowland (swamp) in audited unit, for this area a border along 50 M is set on the right and left, the border area is left forested (no chemical or manual treatment).
Based on the field observations, it was seen that there is no trace of spraying up to the buffer zone and no spraying sign has been placed on the palm stem along the river.
Efficiency of fossil fuel use and the use of renewable energy is optimised
The water bodies and water resource management programs are listed in the VHC area management plan matrix for the period 2019/2020. Based on the document verification, it can be seen that the correct data has been entered into the RSPO Palm GHG Calculator. The document Identification of waste and pollutant sources and pollution reduction plans explains the types of waste, sources, measures, objectives and responsibility.
During field observations to the residence, it was seen that household waste has been handled by depositing it in a landfill. The action plan for the prevention and control of land fires in the managed area is set out in SOP 33 regarding preparedness for land fires on 1 January 2020, in the SOP describes related to the policy for the prohibition of burning, fire-fighting teams, fire-fighting facilities and infrastructure, surveillance/patrol, early warning, early detection, firefighting, prevention and recovery, training and outreach and management review. The Tanjung Beringin estate is part of PT LNK (a partnership with PTPN II) which has been in operation since 1950, currently entering the second and third planting cycles.
The company has been established since 1979, there is no new expansion and new planting until ASA 2.

Positive assurance statement provided, which does not include the new mill found in the revised time bound plan. Managers assisted by the audit department must be able to ensure that EAT is distributed on target, is appropriate and controls the provision of EAT in the estate. 1 welder was found in the Tanjung Keliling Estate workshop using leather gloves in a damaged condition.
Based on the explanation above, the certificate holder did not show evidence that control of EAT stock in the warehouse was carried out and that the EAT applicability was effectively monitored.
