Summary of Assessment Report of the RSPO Certification

RSPO – 4006a Page 29 Based on interviews with surrounding town officials, if they require information, they will submit a letter to the company. In terms of compliance with regulations by third parties, the company monitors such as agreement number, validity period of agreement, BPJS, workers' wages, etc.

The company (Stabat Mill) only accepts FFB from the core estate, there is no FFB from outside. The company also had a program for replanting, but the company only has a replanting plan in 2019/2020 with the extensive planning being 427 ha. The average percentage of numbered clusters is 96.7%, which met the company standard of >95%.

Average crop quality at Tanjung Beringin Estate is 94.2% where this has achieved the company standard of >90%.

Based on conversations with spraying workers, it is known that the company provides personal protective equipment free of charge (gloves, aprons, goggles, masks, safety shoes and helmets).

Based on the results of the field observation, the company also carries out organic fertilization activities in the form of applications of empty fruit bunches.

Soil surveys and topographic information are used for site planning in the establishment of new plantings, and the results are incorporated into plans and operations

Efficiency of fossil fuel use and the use of renewable energy is optimised

The water bodies and water resource management programs are listed in the VHC area management plan matrix for the period 2019/2020. During field observations to the residence, it was seen that household waste has been handled by depositing it in a landfill.
