brief discussion was held concerning the Future Farmers of America Fomdation.The· Interpretations of Minimum Qualification Requirements for the .American Farmer Degree, Jliscellaneous 2928, was reviewed.·
It was moved by Jlr. Swanson to ·delete the la.St sentence on the first page of Jlisc. 2928 'Which read: "See' pages 55 and 56 of F.F.A. Manual for suggested types

It was moved by Jtr. Clements that all cases where an American Farmer candidate did not ~et the degree requirements as required in the constitution be reconsidered by the Advisory Council and Board of Trustees;. motion was seconded
and lost. ·
It was moved by llr. Sasman, seconded and carried, to approve the recamnenda- tion of the Board of Trustees concerning the amending of the constitution by' chang- ing the time fran 12 to 56 months for chapters to remain active that have lost their teacher of vocational agriculture.
It was moved by llr. Pearson, seconded and carried, that
the
interpretation of "supervised fanning" be enlarged to include not less than -5 improvement pro- jects and lO supplementary farm practices as defined in Bulletin 225 of the U.s.
