Abstract
This final project aims to determine the process of anchoring the MT ship. Melati 5, to find out the process of loading and unloading crude palm oil (CPO), as well as to find out the process of requesting food supply to MT ships. Jasmine 5. The research will be carried out using data collection methods using data collection methods including observation, interviews and documentation. This research is an explanation of the existing phenomena by using concepts and collecting facts, but does not make hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that the process of anchoring the ship MT. Melati 5 in accordance with applicable SOPs, in the process of loading and unloading crude palm oil (CPO) also follows the applicable rules so that there are no accidents at work, as well as in the supply demand process which is carried out according to demand so that supply demand is optimally met.
