Anwesend waren 5 Mitglieder. Franklin Vonnegut
führte den Vorsitz.
Es wurde berichtet, daβ an Stelle des verstorbenen
Präsidenten des Verwaltungsrates Herman Lieber,
dessen Sohn Carl Lieber als Mitglied des
Verwaltungsrates vom Bundesvorort ernannt wurde.
Hierauf wurde Theo. Stempfel einstimmig als
Präsident erwählt. Für das dadurch vacant
gewordene Amt des Schatzmeisters wurde
Carl Lieber einstimmig erwählt.
Es wurde berichted, daβ Herr E. H. Kemper Mc Comb
die Lehrstelle, welche bis her von Herrn Thomas
bekleided wurde, im nächsten Schuljahr übernehmen
würde.
Es wurde ferner berichtet, daβ die Schlusβfeier
des Seminars am 20. Juni stattfinden würde,
und beschlossen, die Mitglieder des Sozialen
Turnvereins, den Bundesvorort und den Vorstand
des Südlichen Turnvereins Einladungen zu senden.
Vertagung Theo. Stempfel reichte seine Resignation
als Schatzmeister ein, und wurde angenommen. Hierauf wurde
die Wahl eines Präsidenten und die Wahl eines Schatzmeisters der
Verwaltungsrates angeordnet. Franklin Vonnegut wurde als
Präsident pro tens., und Karl Lieber als Schatzmeister pro. tens.

It was reported that Carl Lieber, son of the deceased president of the Board of Trustees Herman Lieber, was elected member of the Board of Trustees in his place. Following this, Theo Stempfel was elected unanimously for president. Carl Lieber was elected unanimously to fill the vacancy of his current position of treasurer.
It was reported that Mr. E. H. Kemper Mc Comb will take over the teaching position held up until now by Mr. Thomas in the next school year.
Additionally, it was reported that the year-end celebration for the seminar will take place on June 20. It was decided to send out invitations to the members of the Sozialer Turnverein (Social Gymnastic Union), to the federal suburb and the executive board of the South Gymnastic Union.
Adjournment.
Theo. Stempfel handed in his resignation from his office of the treasurer. The resignation was accepted. Following this, an election for a president and a treasurer was in order. Franklin Vonnegut was elected interim president and Karl Lieber was elected interim treasurer.
