1. TUJUAN / PURPOSE
: Pedoman ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan kepada seluruh mahasiswa, dosen, tamu, staf, dan seluruh orang yang berada di lingkungan FTP dalam pemeliharaan dan penggunaan Lift.
This manual aims to provide guidance to all students, lecturers, guests, staff, and all people in the FTP environment in the maintenance and use of elevators.
2. RUANG LINGKUP / SCOPE
: Dokumen ini mencakup kegiatan yang perlu dilakukan saat terjadi keadaan darurat di lingkungan Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian Universitas Brawijaya,

3. DEFINISI / DEFINITION
: Lift adalah angkutan transportasi vertikal yang digunakan untuk mengangkut orang atau barang.
Elevator is a vertical transportation used to transport people or goods.
4. DISTRIBUSI : Dekan, Pembantu Dekan II, Ketua Jurusan, Sekertaris Jurusan dan Dosen
Dean, Vice dean II, Head of Deparment,Secretary of Departemnt, and lecturer.
5. REFERENSI : Kebijakan dan peraturan mengenai K3 dan kondisi darurat masyarakat di Universitas Brawijaya, Undang-undang No. 1 Tahun 1970 tentang Keselamatan Kerja, ndang-undang No.
23 tahun 1992 tentang Kesehatan
6. PROSEDUR :

a. Perwakilan Fakultas / Dean
Memantau pelaksanaan kegiatan operasional area Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditentukan.
Monitor the implementation of operational activities in the area of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology in accordance with predetermined procedures.
b. Ketua Jurusan
Memastikan seluruh tim internal masing-masing jurusan melakukan pertolongan pertama yang tertulis pada prosedur ini.
Ensure that all internal teams of each department doing fist aid with OHS principles written in this procedure.
c. Bagian Fasilitas dan Umum Fakultas
Berkoordinasi, mensosialisasikan, dan mengontrol serta menjamin seluruh tim memahami dan mengimplementasikan prosedur ini.
Coordinate, socialize, and control and ensure that the entire team understands and implements these procedures.
1. Prosedur Penggunaan Lift / Elevator Use Procedure
a. Panggil lift dari lantai lobby dengan menekan tombol lantai tujuan (naik / turun)
Call the elevator from the lobby floor by pressing the destination floor button (up / down)
b. Masuk lift dengan tenang dan bergantian, tidak perlu takut terjepit di pintu lift. Karena pintu lift telah dilengkapi pengaman

d. Pintu lift akan menutup secara otomatis atau bisa ditutup secara cepat oleh penumpang bila sudah tidak ada penumpang yang akan naik dengan menekan tombol

dan salah satu penumpang diharapkan turun dari lift sampai alarm mati kembali

f. Tekan tombol tujuan (naik / turun) sesuai lantai tujuan

g. Lift akan berhenti di lantai tujuan, pintu akan terbuka secara automatis atau bisa dibuka secara cepat oleh penumpang dengan menekan tombol

h. Keluar dari lift dengan tenang dan tertib Get out of the elevator calmly and orderly
i. Bila terjadi lift macet, sebelum sampai di lantai tujuan:
• Tetap bersikap tenang, karena lift tidak membahayakan dan telah dilengkapi dengan system pengaman ganda
• Hubungi petugas dengan cara menekan tombol intercom
• Tetap bersikap tenang dan berkomunikasi dengan petugas
• Petugas perlu waktu untuk mencapai ruang mesin
• Jangan berdiri terlalu dekat dengan pintU
• Tunggu sampai petugas penyelamat selesai melaksanakan tugasnya In the event of a jammed elevator, before reaching the destination floor:
• Remain calm, because elevators are harmless and have equipped with a double safety system
• Contact the officer by pressing the intercom button
• Remain calm and communicate with officers
• Officers need time to reach the engine room
• Do not stand too close to the door
• Wait for the rescue workers to finish carrying out their duties 2. Prosedur Perawatan Lift / Elevator Maintenance Procedure
Pemeliharaan lift diperlukan karena selain menjaga kebersihan, juga untuk
menjaga fungsional nya lift tersebut. Berikut merupakan beberapa bagian lift yang perlu pemeliharaan. Bagian lift yang perlu dipelihara, yaitu:
Elevator maintenance is necessary because in addition to maintaining cleanliness, it is also to maintain the functionality of the elevator. Here are some parts of the elevator that need maintenance. Elevator parts that need to be maintained, namely:
a. Kamar mesin, ruang luncur, dan pit harus dijaga kebersihannya dan bebas dari sampah, debu, dan cecaran minyak
Engine rooms, slide rooms and pits must be kept clean and free from debris, dust and oil spills
b. Rel pemandu, governor, pesawat pengaman, kereta, pintu-pintu, mesin, penyangga (buffer), dan peralatannya harus dipelihara dan dllumasi secara teratur dengan jenis pelumas yang sesuai dengan jenis dan mereknya
Guide rails, governors, safety devices, trains, doors, engines, buffers, and their equipment must be regularly maintained and lubricated with the appropriate type and brand of lubricant.
c. Tali baja yang memperrihatkan tanda-tanda retak, putus, atau patah pada beberapa komponen kawat ataupun berkarat, dan atau diameternya susut lebih dari 10% dari ukuran semula harus segera diganti yang baru
Steel rope showing signs of cracking, breaking, or breaking on some wire components or rust, and or the diameter shrinks more than 10% of its original size, it must be replaced with a new one immediately
d. Tali baja yang kering atau menunjukkan adanya tanda-tanda korosi harus dilumasi dengan minyak pelumas khusus

e. Atap kereta (top of car), pemeriksaan meliputi:
• Akses ke pintu darurat di atas kereta (emergency exit)
• Saklar pengaman kecepatan lebih (safety operated switch)Broken Rope switch
• Saklar henti darurat (emergency stop switch)
• Limit switch di ujung atas ruang luncur
• Kontak-kontak pintu (door contact)
• Kamar Mesin, pemeriksaan meliputi: Besaran nilai sekring (Ampere); Power rating Motor (kW); Putaran motor(rpm); Frekuensi (He rtz); Temperatur Rise Motor; lsolasi motor
Top of car, inspection includes:
• Access to the emergency exit on the train (emergency exit)
• Overspeed safety switch (safety operated switch)Broken Rope switch
• Emergency stop switch
• Limit switch at the top end of the slide
• Door contacts
• Engine Room, inspection includes: The value of the fuse (Amperes); Motor power rating (kW); Motor speed(rpm); Frequency (He rtz); Rise Motor Temperature; motor insulation
f. Dengan menggunakan tachometer, periksa kecepatan putar puli roda larik (traction sheave)
Using a tachometer, check the rotational speed of the traction sheave.
g. Pit Pemeriksaan meliputi: Plat tabir pemisah bobot imbang (counter weight), Tangga monyet, Kebersihan dasar pit, Final limit switch, directional limit switch
Pit check includes: Counter weight separator plate, Monkey ladder, Pit bottom cleanliness, Final limit switch, directional limit switch
h. Lantai lobi lift Pemeriksaan kondisi pintu lantai (hoistway entrance) tidak berbunyi, tidak bergetar, dan posisi tidak miring:
• Pertemuan daun pintu
• Fungsi tombol-tombol
• Fungsi lampu-lampu indikator tiap lantai
• Fungsi emergency key device
Elevator lobby floor Check the condition of the floor door (hoistway entrance) does not sound, does not vibrate, and is not tilted position:
• Door leaf meeting
• Functions of the buttons
• Function of indicator lights for each floor
• Emergency key device function
