The Graduate School of Science and Technology has one interdisciplinary graduate program with nine divisions.

The interdisciplinary graduate program aims to be both specialized, to bring Is tight new scientific information and technological developments in all the academic divisions, and interdisciplinary, to foster a common regard for the effects of such developments on humankind, the society, and the glsbal environment.

Welcome to the Green Science and Engineering Dldsion offered by the Graduate School of Science and Technology. The Faculty of Science and Technology and the Graduate School of Science anti Technology were among the first to embark on ginbaizaf ion as an organization. In tine autumn semester of 2012, the Green Science Course and the Green Engineering Course were started as part of the undergraduate progtsrns of the Facufty of Science and Technology, and dances are conducted in English, largeling international students. In the aafumn semester sf2013, fhe Green Science and Engineering Divieon was started at the Graduate Scimol of Science and Technology, in whbut education ranging lrom classes to dissertaf ion guidance is conducted entirely tin Enplsh.

The Green Science end Engineering Division, which was newly estabhshed in the Graduate School of Science and Technology in the autumn of 2013, aims to nurture individuals who will address global enuironn-tental issues with an eye to realizing a sustainable society, one of the keywords in the 21st century.

Its biggest feature lies in the fact that the entire teaching staff in the Graduate School of Science end Technology are in charge of teaching, the aim being to conduct research and provide education in a croas-eeotoral manner. Based on your Interests, you are free to choose your advisor, loin his/her laboratory, and receive intensive thetis advice and research training while working with a small group of students.
