Investigating EFL Passionate Teachers in Teaching English Speaking Skills (A Descriptive Qualitative Study in Language. Major at SMA N 4 Bengkulu). This study investigated the passionate English language teacher to learn and teach speaking skills, it seeks to determine the implications for academic performance in language majors in secondary schools. The purpose of this research is to find out how and what are the obstacles and solutions for passionate EFL teachers in teaching English speaking skills in language major at SMA N 4 Bengkulu.
The conclusion of the data shows that the teacher who teaches English, especially speaking skills in the language subject, is actually an EFL passionate teacher who has met the qualifications and criteria and is recognized by having a certificate. From the results, passionate teachers play a role in student achievement, so the more enthusiastic and passionate the teacher is, the better students learn speaking skills. From this statement, the researcher concludes that there is a relationship between EFL passionate teacher and the quality of the student learning process. Therefore, based on this background, the researcher is interested in conducting a research titled "Investigating EFL Passionate Teachers in Teaching English Speaking Skills" ( A Descriptive Qualitative Study in Language Major at SMA N 4 Bengkulu).
