The Qur'anic verse above explains that man or woman, male or female is not different in the view of the Almighty God. Allah as the Almighty God has also said in the famous Qur'an, Surah Al-Ahzab, verse 73.

Theoretical Approach

Liberal Feminist Theory

Women are not supposed to be in an inferior position or a secondary status in our lives. As human beings, women and men have equal rights, but the above statement explains that women are only dependent on men (Barker, 2004: 68). Equal opportunity and right means that women also have the right to what men can do and have opportunities like men without violating her nature.

Rosemarie Tong said that women need places where they can maintain their public persona, among family and friends, to shed their public persona and save their private life as a woman (2009: 12). Theoretically, liberal feminism argues that gender differences are not based on biology and therefore women and men are not so different – their common humanity supersedes their reproductive differentiation (Lorber, 2007: 9). Carter explained that feminist is divided into two stages, the first wave and the second wave.

It becomes the most important factor for women to try to develop a comprehensive narrative about women's subordination and becoming liberated women. Meanwhile, the second wave is influenced by various liberalist movements and sexual differences, which take center stage. It differs from the first wave and the second wave because it concerns women's question about their identity and what they want, which has never been answered before (Tong, 2009: 9).

So if women are given equal treatment to men  Program Result will be equal performance  Goal. However, the term "equality" does not mean that women are the same as men in every sector. Regarding the above three elements, the concept of equality can be said that the axiom is the nature of women.

Therefore, each of these issues must be considered in terms of the concept of equality itself (Hughes, 2002: 36). Madsen states in her book “Feminist Theory and Literary Practice” about the Declaration of the Sentiment, written by Elizabeth Cady Stanton, which is also about equality, that “we take this truth for granted: that all men and women create equally.
