Judul : Studi Komparasi Terminal Cicaheum Dan Terminal Purabaya
Terminal merupakan salah satu fasilitas yang menunjang pergerakan manusia dan barang dari satu tempat ketempat lain.
Menurut Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bandung (2015), Terminal Cicaheum tidak layak memenuhi pelayanan yang ada, selain itu terdapat permasalahan terkait Terminal Cicaheum sebagai terminal penumpang tipe A. Terminal Purabaya merupakan terminal dengan kualitas pelayanan terbaik di Indonesia dan didukung dengan adanya Permen Perhubungan No. PM 132 Tahun 2015 Bab III pasal 21, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Terminal Purabaya telah sesuai sebagai terminal penumpang tipe A. Terkait hal ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik Terminal Cicaheum yang dibandingkan dengan karakteristik Terminal Purabaya. Hal ini dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi karakteristik terminal penumpang tipe A terhadap Terminal Purabaya berdasarkan Departemen Perhubungan (1996) dan Direktur Jendral Perhubungan Darat No. 6251 Tentang Pedoman Teknis Kriteria Penetapan Kelas Terminal Penumpang Tipe A Tahun 201, sehingga Terminal Purabaya menjadi standar untuk Terminal Cicaheum.
Berdasarkan penelitian, diketahui bahwa kondisi eksisting Terminal Purabaya Tahun 2019 telah sesuai dengan standar karakteristik terminal penumpang tipe A, yaitu sebesar 100% sesuai, sedangkan Terminal Cicaheum 67% tidak sesuai dengan standar Terminal Purabaya. Selain itu, diketahui bahwa kondisi eksisting pelayanan Terminal Purabaya sesuai dengan standar tingkat pelayanan, yaitu sebesar 91% sesuai, sedangkan Terminal Cicaheum sebesar 62% tidak sesuai dengan standar Terminal Purabaya Selain itu, diketahui bahwa potensi penerapan Terminal Purabaya pada Terminal Cicaheum adalah 24% berpotensi, hal ini dikarenakan sebagian besar tingkat pelayanan di Terminal Cicaheum tidak dapat ditingkatkan karena kurangnya luas lahan terminal dan sistem pengelolaan di terminal belum maksimal.

The station is one of the facilities that support the movement of people and goods from one place to another.
According to the Bandung City Transportation Service (2015), Cicaheum Station is not suitable to fulfill the existing services, beside that there are problems related to Cicaheum Station as type A passenger station. Purabaya Station is the station with the best quality service in Indonesia and is supported by the Transportation Minister Regulation No. PM 132 Year 2015 Chapter III article 21, it can be concluded that the Purabaya Station is suitable as a type A passenger station.
Related to this, this study aims to find out the characteristics of Cicaheum Station which are compared with the characteristics of Purabaya Station. This was done by identifying the characteristics of the type A passenger station of the Purabaya Station based on the Department of Transportation (1996) and General Director of Land Transportation No. 6251 concerning Technical Guideline for Type A Passenger Station Class Designation Year 2017, so that Purabaya Station became the standard or benchmark for Cicaheum Station.
Based on the research, it is known that the existing conditions of Purabaya Station year 2019 are in accordance with the standard characteristics of the Type A Passenger Station, which is 100% appropriate,while Cicaheum Station is 67%
incompatible with Purabaya Station standard. In addition, it is known that the existing condition of Purabaya Station services are in accordance with the service level standard, which is 91% appropriate, while Cicaheum Station is 62%
incompatible with Purabaya Station standard. In addition, it is known that the potential application of Purabaya Station at Cicaheum Station is 24% has potential, this is because most of the service levels at Cicaheum Station cannot be increased due to the lack of station area and the management system at Cicaheum Station is not optimal.
