KASUS: PT. DONGGI SENORO LNG DI KECAMATAN BATUI DAN KINTOM KABUPATEN BANGGAI
INTISARI
Kecamatan Batui dan Kecamatan Kintom merupakan salah satu kecamatan di Kabupaten Banggai yang mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat signifikan.
Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan peningkatan perkembangan wilayah tersebut adalah hadirnya PT. Donggi Senoro LNG yang terletak diantara dua kecamatan tersebut. Selain itu, adanya industri tersebut telah memberikan dampak terhadap kondisi Sosial, Ekonomi, dan Perubahan fisik lingkungan wilayah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji dampak keberadaan industri PT. Donggi Senoro LNG, baik dampak positif maupun negatif berdasarkan kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat dan perubahan lingkungan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan spasial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, menunjukkan bahwa PT.
Donggi Senoro LNG memberikan dampak positif dan juga negatif. Dampak positif dari keberadaan industri terdapat pada aspek ekonomi dan juga fisik wilayah. Sedangkan dampak negatif terdapat pada aspek sosial. Dampak–dampak tersebut tentunya akan mempengaruhi arah perkembangan wilayah dari Kecamatan Batui dan Kecamatan Kintom. Olehnya itu, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan pada pemerintah dalam merencanakan kawasan industri dan wilayah sekitarnya sebagai upaya dalam mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan dan berkeadilan.

ABSTRACT
Batui District and Kintom District are some of the sub-districts in Banggai Regency that have experienced very significant growth. One of the factors that led to the increased development of the area was the presence of PT. Donggi Senoro LNG is located between the two sub-districts. In addition, the existence of the industry has had an impact on the social, economic, and physical changes of the regional environment. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the existence of the PT. Donggi Senoro LNG, both positive and negative impacts based on the socio-economic conditions of the community and environmental changes.
This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive and spatial analysis methods. Based on the results of the analysis, shows that PT. Donggi Senoro LNG has both positive and negative impacts. The positive impact of the existence of the industry is on the economic and physical aspects of the region. While the negative impact is on the social aspect. These impacts will certainly affect the direction of regional development from Batui District to Kintom District. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to be input to the government in planning industrial areas and surrounding areas to realize sustainable and equitable development.
