The manuscript highlighted the original work on microwave-integrated rumen-based extraction of natural vanillin content from cured vanilla po- isolated enzymes of protease and cellulase from rumen fluid and (iii) kinetic modeling and action.

The following original research paper summarizes the result of an experiment conducted at D University, Indonesia. Kinetic Modeling and Activation Energy on Microwave-Integrated Enzymatic So Extraction of Vanillin from Cured Vanilla Beans" is an original research paper in the field of natural vanillin extraction. The manuscript highlighted the original w microwave-integrated rumen-based extraction of natural vanillin content from cured vanilla isolated enzymes of protease and cellulase from rumen fluid and ( iii) kinetic modeling and energy efficiency.
