Abstrack
This final project aims to find out the role of Health Quarantine in preventing the spread of the corona virus on foreign ships at Lubuk Gaung jetty Dumai. The formulation of the problem is what is the role of the Port Health Quarantine in order to prevent the spread of the corona virus to foreign ships, and how is the synergy between the Port Health Quarantine and the ship agency PT Adhigana Paraduta Mulya in minimizing the spread of the corona virus in order to prevent the spread of the corona virus to foreign ships. The target of the problem is to find out the role of the Port Health Quarantine in order to prevent the spread of the corona virus to foreign ships and to find out the synergy efforts between the Port Health Quarantine and the ship agency PT Adhigana Paraduta Mulya in minimizing the spread of the corona virus.
The place of this research is the shipping company PT Adhigana Paraduta Mulya and at the Dumai Class III Health Quarantine Office which was held from March 2022 to August 2022. The method used was a qualitative method, in this case the author collected data using data collection methods including observation, interviews, and documentation studies.
