However, being useful on the web comes with a whole new set of rules and e-customer expectations. Your services may not be transferred to the web; you may need to recreate them, or offer something completely different or new to be useful to your e-customers. The web gives businesses and customers the ability to act in a synchronous manner (ie to get things done together at the same time).

What contexts need to be created now for extended use later (ie what future proofing needs to happen now). The Requirement Definition Process
Team meetings should include a representative cross-section of the company, from strategy makers to people who deal with customers face-to-face or face-to-face. Then, later in the development phase of the project, there would be a more rigorous review of each process. The answers you get will give you a good sense of the areas to cover in the group sessions and the relevant case studies and customer scenarios to explore.
