This study aims to determine the Impact of Business Capital, Entrepreneurial Competence, and Business Environment on the Development of Micro Enterprises in the Letung Village, Anambas Regency, Jemaja District, Riau Archipelago Province. The population in this study were 156 business actors using probability sampling, namely those that provide equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected as members of the sample. The technique for determining the size of the sample in this study was measured using the slovin formula. So that the number of samples is 61 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research. In the questionnaire tested the validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, including t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The research was conducted using SPSS version 26. The results showed that partially the variables Business Capital (X1), Competence (X2), and Business Environment (X3) had a positive and significant impact on the Development of Micro Enterprises (Y). The results of the F test obtained a value of Fcount 154.894 with Ftable 2.77 indicating that the variables Business Capital (X1), Entrepreneurial Competence (X2), and Business Environment (X3) simultaneously have a significant impact on the Micro Business Development variable (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination test, around 88.5% of the Micro Business Development variable is influenced by Business Capital (X1), Competence (X2), and Business Environment (X3). The remaining 11.5% are influenced by those not explained in this study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Dampak Modal Usaha, Kompetensi Kewirausahaan, Dan Lingkungan Bisnis Terhadap Perkembangan Usaha Mikro Di Kelurahan Letung Kabupaten Anambas Kecamatan Jemaja Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Populasi didalam penelitian ini adalah 156 pelaku usaha dengan menggunakan probability sampling yakni yang memberikan peluang yang sama bagi setiap unsur (anggota) populasi untuk dipilih menjadi anggota sampel.
Teknik penentuan besarnya ukuran sampel pada penelitiaan ini diukur dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 61 responden.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pada kuisioner dilakukan test validitas dan reliabilitas. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, termasuk uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Modal Usaha (X1), Kompetensi Wirausaha (X2), Dan Lingkungan Bisnis (X3) berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Perkembangan Usaha Mikro(Y). Hasil uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung 154,894 dengan Ftabel 2,77 mengidentifikasikan bahwa variabel Modal Usaha(X1), Kompetensi Wirausaha (X2), Dan Lingkungan Bisnis(X3) secara simultan berdampak signifikan terhadap variabel Perkembangan Usaha Mikro(Y). Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi, sekitar 88,5% variabel Perkembangan Usaha Mikro dipengaruhi oleh Modal Usaha(X1), Kompetensi(X2), Dan Lingkungan Bisnis(X3). Sisanya 11,5%
dipengaruhi oleh yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
