In this manuscript, we show that FLOTAC technique has a high sensitivity for detecting soil- transmitted helminth infections and will be useful for community-wide de-worming programs.

I believe that this manuscript is appropriate for publication by Majalah Kedokteran Bandung because Soil-Transmitted Helminth (STH) infection is still endemic in all districts in Indonesia, and the function of diagnosis is critical in determining the success of deworming treatment.
