Template and Guidelines for Post-Training Report
This Template of Post-Training Report is for the participants who joined the Waste Hero:
Reduce to Zero Master Teacher Training on 7 October 2023.
To obtain an e- Certificate of Accomplishment, we would like to request your cooperation to submit your Post-Training Report to present how effective you have learned from the Training Session.
Instructions:
To obtain an e-Certificate of Accomplishment, you have 1 month and 3 weeks to prepare your Post-Training Report after the Master Teacher Training.
You can submit the Post Training Report anytime during October – November 2023.
The deadline to submit is on 30 November 2023.
You may prepare the following information in advance before submitting your Post Training Report in the Google Form.
o Links of your Waste Hero story in your social media (blog/ youtube/ facebook/ Tiktok/ IG or others) #SEAMEOWasteHero #WasteHero (Optional)
o Link of your google drive or other drives that shares some nice photos of your Waste Hero activities.(Optional)
An e-Certificate of Accomplishment will be sent to you after the validation of your Post-Training Report in December 2023.
