The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Perceived Usefulness, Security Risk, and Privacy Risk towards Trust when online payment by using credits Card. This research use multiple regressions from 100 respondent with 63 male and 37 Female as the respondent. The research finds a positive impact or significant impact between Perceived Usefulness to Trust, Security Risk to trust, and Privacy Risk to Trust. The result is the user feel the usefulness and feels secure when they pay their online shop using credit card. However, they still not feel secure on their privacy. Theory from previous studies also used to support in which Usefulness, Privacy Risk, and Security Risk can influence on trust. The result of the test, Conclusion, and Recommendation will be include in the last chapter
