Behavioral Intention : an attitude of consumers in purchasing a product based on the previous experience Customer Loyalty : customers’ attitude and commitment towards

particular brand which strongly lead to repurchase behavior

O2O commerce : Integrated online platform and offline services with the combination of mobile internet development and e-commerce with the growth of location-based services (LBS)

O2O food delivery : Third party that provides both online platform and offline services by delivery crew to coordinate orders and deliver foods from registered restaurants to the customers

Perceived Benefits : Customers’ evaluation of benefits in consuming products or services

Perceived Sacrifices : Monetary and non-monetary aspects that are sacrificed in order to obtain a product or service Perceived Value : The overall judgment of value by customers in

consuming products or services

VAM : Value-Based Adoption Model that examining

perceived value (perceived benefits and sacrifices) in predicting customers’ technology adoption intention
