BE ARMED WITH A STRATEGY
Use the morning hours to give your body a break from digesting heavy food while supplying the enzymes, vitamins and minerals it needs to function at its peak. When you drink large amounts of water with a meal, you dilute your precious digestive juices and your body has to work that much harder to break down the meal.
DIETING ON A LIMITED BUDGET

Take responsibility for your body and learn to say "no".
