THE ROLE OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT IN IMPROVING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

AT DINAS KETAHANAN PANGAN KABUPATEN WAY KANAN

This study aims to analyze the role of Human Resource Management in improving the performance of the employees of the Food Security Service of Way Kanan Regency. This study uses a qualitative method by using field studies in data collection. The type of research used is descriptive research by conducting observations and interviews to investigate the actual situation and conditions.

The results of this study indicate that the role of human resource management plays a role in improving the performance of the employees of the Food Security Service in Way Kanan Regency. This is shown by the development of training, seminars, technical guidance, and performance allowances as evidenced by the achievement of performance indicators which have increased on average in the last 5 years.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Peran Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Dinas Keteahanan Pangan Kabupaten Way Kanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi lapangan dalam pengumpulan data. Jenis penelitian yang digunankan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara untuk menyelidiki keadan dan kondisi yang sebenarnya.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peran manajemen sumber daya manusia berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dinas ketahanan pangan Kabupaten Way Kanan. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan adanya pengembangan pelatihan, seminar-seminar, bimbingan teknis, dan tunjangan kinerja yang dibuktikan dengan pencapaian indikator kinerja yang rata-rata meningkat dalam 5 tahun terakhir.
