Judul Skripsi: Students' perception on dictation games applying opinion on students' speaking skills in SMA Negeri 8 Maros. This research aimed to find out the students' perception of the application of Opinion Dictation Games on the speaking ability of eleventh grade students in SMA Negeri 8 Maros.
Consequently, the author's study is titled "The Students' Perception on the Implementation Opinion Dictation Games in Students Speaking Skill at SMA Negeri 8 Maros.". Based on the background of the above study, the problem of the study is set as the question: “What is the perception of students on the implementation of opinion dictation games in the speaking skills of students at SMA Negeri 8 Maros?”. The last one, Nikmah (2017) “The used dictation technique in teaching speaking to 7th grade students of SMPN 2 Ponorogo”. The application of this technique is divided into three stages: preparation, practice and evaluation learning and the advantages of the dictation technique in speaking teaching. The conclusion is that by teaching speaking, students can discipline, and it is able to give students an understanding of the pronunciation of the word or sentence.
The final project was a study of the use of the dictation technique in teaching speaking with seventh grade students at SMPN 2 Ponorogo. The findings of the study suggest that the Dictation Technique can help students improve their speaking skills in a holistic manner. It is one of the four basic language skills and is a critical language production skill that allows learners to communicate effectively with others.
Dictation is a process in which the teacher or students listen to anything, such as a sentence, word or passage.

The third student's perception that the student is easy to understand when the teacher dictates short sentences. The fourth students' perception of the implementation of Opinion Dictation Games in the learning process is confident when the teacher asks them about asking and giving their opinion. The second perception of students is that the students can understand the material more easily if the teacher reads the rules before teaching and the learning process begins.

Findings
Whereas, S9 said that the student found it easier to understand the subject when the teacher used pictures in the learning process. In this step, students found it easy to talk about the material when it was dictated by the teacher. Twenty-three of thirty-two students said that they found it easy to understand the material when the teacher dictated short sentences in the learning process.
S18 showed that she felt easy to understand and talk about the material because the teacher dictated short sentences. S18: Yes, I felt easy to understand and easy to talk about when the teacher dictated short sentences. It was because the students had a concept and an important point about the material so that it was easier for them to speak in front of their friends.
The next perception of the students about the implementation of Opinion Dictation Games in the learning process is that they feel confident that they can express their opinion when discussing the material with their friends. Based on the data from the questionnaire, students' perception of the implementation of Opinion Dictation Games in the learning process is that they can confidently answer the question about the material. S2: Yes, I am confident that I can answer the question because I understand the material and the method was fun.
S9: Yes, because if the explanation is accompanied by pictures, it will be easier for us to understand the material. The perception of other students regarding the use of dictation games implemented by the teacher was that students can easily understand the material and they can follow the learning process more easily. S24: Yes, understanding the material by showing the pictures makes it easier to speak.
Based on those extracts above, the researcher found that students understand the material the most when the teacher shows the pictures in the learning process. The researcher found that twenty-eight out of thirty-two students can understand the material more easily if the teacher reads the rules in learning.
Discussion
Students also said that using pictures and allowing time to think before speaking helps them understand the material. The fourth students' perception of the implementation Opinion Dictation Game, which was used in the classroom, was perceived by the students that it was easier to speak during discussion. The students, when they discuss about the material, they can easily talk especially with their friend.
It was found based on the research finding that the students can talk actively when they exchange ideas with their friends. The students are confident because they wrote their opinion in the book before they speak. The students were not confident to speak because they always doubted whether they wanted to say something.
The research results showed that it is easier for the students to speak when they have an idea about the material. Based on the perception of the students, there were students who could not speak more easily by writing their opinion. This was shown by the survey results that the students feel confident to express their views with their friends.
So when the teacher promoted classroom discussions, they prepared the students for real-world situations. This showed from the research results that the students are confident in answering the question about the material. The students dare to express their opinion because the teacher shows interesting pictures and clear explanations, so that the students can speak with confidence.
The researcher found that students mostly understood the material when the teacher read the rules before learning because they felt organized and not confused. Students also confidently express their opinions when discussing with friends, answering the teacher's questions and expressing opinions by showing pictures.
