Previous Research Findings
The researcher above discusses about speaking activities, according to the result of their studies, speaking activities can improve students' skills, especially on the students'. The previous researchers have similarities with the current research that they involve speaking activities as a strategy in learning English speakers. The first researcher focused on the technique used and the explanation of the theory of teaching and learning speaking at all English learning and teaching processes at Islamic Boarding School by Anwarul Haromain Baruharjo Durenan Trenggalek.
Therefore, the present research only focused on the language program, which is the speaking program of female students at Al-Mawaddah Modern Islamic Girl Boarding School. Then, another researcher, although it is similar to this research in terms of using speaking activities as a strategy in learning to speak, but this research focused on English language learning in school. In contrast, the present research focused on the modern boarding school language program, which is the speaking program of students at Al-Mawaddah modern Islamic boarding school for girls. A third researcher used speaking activities as a strategy in learning to speak to improve his speaking skills.
The difference with the present research is that the current research used qualitative research and the third research used quantitative research.

The conversation program is the daily program used in the English language program of Al-Mawaddah Modern Islamic Girl Boarding School.

General Data
Previously, Al-Mawaddah Boarding would be established in Nglumpang Village Ponorogo, but due to family reasons and the condition, Al-Mawaddah Islamic Boarding School was established in CoperJetisPonorogo. In 1989, Al-Mawaddah Islamic Boarding School was established as the name of the boarding school based on QS. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Grateful.123 Based on the above data, it can be concluded that Al-Mawaddah Islamic Boarding House was from KH.
Vision and mission present at Al-Mawaddah Islamic Boarding House were the wishes of the boarding house in producing a great woman. Al-Mawaddah Modern Islamic Girls Boarding School located at Mangga Street Coper Village Jetis District Ponorogo Regency. The curriculum of Al-Mawaddah Islamic Boarding School uses a combination of curriculum between the education of Gontor Modern Islamic Boarding School and the Ministry of Religion (MTs/MA).
For Islamic boarding school for girls Al-Mawaddah, a new curriculum that is always changing along with the development of this era becomes an important momentum to activate themselves and be more creative.128. In addition, Al-Mawaddah Islamic Boarding House has support programs to improve and show their skill or ability. In addition, public speaking training and scouting are the compulsory extracurriculars that the students of Al-Mawaddah must join.
The teachers of Al-Mawaddah Islamic Boarding School consist of female teachers who train students to become great women.

From here we could know the progress of the students' speaking skills, the sixth program is Drama Program, it was one of the main and weekly programs of English speaking programs at Al-Mawaddah Modern Islamic Girl Boarding School. Based on the interview with the female students of Al-Mawaddah modern Islamic boarding school for girls, the researcher knew that almost all female students have similar problems, such as: lack of motivation, lack of vocabulary and low self-esteem. The third question of this research is: "What are the strategies to overcome the problems of students and teachers?". The first strategies are to overcome the problem of students in solving the lack of motivation, are giving questions and answers to students after the sports session every Friday morning. Based on the above explanation, it can be concluded that the strategies for overcoming students' problems are appropriate and show a good result.
This has been shown to improve students' English speaking skills in their boarding school activities. This strategy was made with the aim of getting students used to speaking English in everyday conversation both in the dormitory and at school. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that this strategy seems to be successful in getting students used to speaking English in everyday conversation.
This was demonstrated by improvising students' abilities before and after implementing this strategy. For students, such as giving motivation with questions and answers every Friday morning after sports class, to overcome the lack of motivation of students, giving. The existence of this program is aimed at training Al-Mawaddah students to speak English well and confidently.

Conclusions
From the outcome of the interview, the researcher concludes that the implementation of the Al-Mawaddah Modern Islamic Girl Boarding School daily English conversation program appears to be successful. There are some strategies used by students and teachers to overcome the problems in the daily speaking English conversation program at Al-Mawaddah Modern Islamic Girl Boarding School.
