The committee of examiners declares that the script entitled "IMPACT OF INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE ON (LEARNING, SATISFACTION, MOTIVATION) ON THE PERCEPTION OF WORK OF STUDENTS", submitted by Yeremia Indratama, majoring in Management from the Faculty of Business, has been evaluated and approved as passed. oral exams on January 29, 2019. I declare that this file entitled "IMPACT OF INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE (LEARNING, SATISFACTION, MOTIVATION) ON STUDENTS' PERCEPTION OF WORK" is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, an original work that has not been fully or partially submitted to another university to obtain a degree. Completing this skripsi is a grateful achievement that I want to praise and thank God Jesus Christ fully for all the strength, protection and blessings given.
Last but not least, everyone who helped me in preparing this thesis cannot be mentioned one by one. The purpose of this quantitative research was to identify and explain the impact of learning, motivation and satisfaction on students' perception of work. This study also showed that all independent variables (learning, satisfaction and motivation) have a significant influence simultaneously on students' perception of work.

Interns are expected to be an important part of the organization, while the reality is often providing assistance to seniors and mentors. Being the youngest and newest member of the organization can be overwhelming, as interns still have so much to learn. Ideally, the pre-research sample size should be 10% of the sample size of the main study (Connelly, 2008).
Dissatisfaction occurs when facilities do not meet student expectations and do not match the people in the organization. The problems they face are different from difficulties in communicating with their superior due to age difference, feeling that they are not accepted by the organization and doing little amount of work because the superior is too busy with his work. The research explored the factors that influenced students' perceptions of working in the area and industry of their practice.

9 In figure 2.1, it is shown that the view of profession or perception of work is divided into three indicators, which are working life, business life and intention to work. Intention to work or return to pursue a career in the same job function and/or industry as the internship. Primary data refers to information obtained first-hand by the researcher about the variables of interest for the specific purpose of the research. The valuable property of the standard deviation is communicated in the same unit as the data, just like its variance. If the distribution of the data is around the diagonal line and keeps up with the diagonal line, then it has a normal probability.
If the spread of the data is not around the diagonal line or does not keep up with the diagonal line, then it has no normal probability. Multicollinearity test is one of the main assumption tests of multiple regression that will determine whether the independent variable is independent or not. In this study, the researcher uses Pearson's Product Moment Coefficient Correlation to test the validity of the questionnaire.
This means that there are 48.9% of the independent variables which are Learning, Satisfaction and Motivation that influence the dependent variable Perception of Student Work. On the other hand, the perception of student work as a dependent variable explains 48.9% of the independent variable, including the perception of student work, while the other 51.1% is explained by other factors excluded from the model. The learning outcome can be implemented if students work in an actual workplace.
On the other hand, of the Student Work Perception as dependent variable is explained by 48.9% the independent variable including Student Work Perception, while the other 51.1% is explained by other factors excluded from the model.

- Validity Test
- Reliability Test
The rule in this test is to check the r-value from the output of statistical analysis. For the question to count as valid, the r value must be greater than the standard value based on the r table. If the r-value is lower than the standard value, the question will be considered invalid and it must be changed or deleted from the questionnaire.
Reliability testing was performed by using SPSS and arranging data from Microsoft Excel to tabulate Cronbach's Alpha of the survey instruments.

Descriptive Analysis
Classic Assumption Test
- Normality Test
- Multicolinearity Test
- Heteroscedascity Test
It means that the data in the regression model still fits normality and is acceptable to use. The multicollinearity test is used to test whether the regression model has a correlation between the independent variables. A good regression model occurs when there is no correlation between the independent variable and another independent variable.
Variance Inflation Factors (VIF) can be used to predict whether there is multicollinearity or not in the regression model. The VIF of each independent variable must be greater than 1 and less than 10, and the tolerance greater than 0.1. Multiple regressions should test for the same or not the variance of the residuals of the observations with other observations.
Heteroscedasticity can be analyzed from the scatter plot by seeing the scatter of the dots that do not form a pattern evenly spaced between top and bottom left and right.
Multiple Linear Regressions
If there is an increase in Motivation by 1 unit, the student's work perception will also increase by 0.161 unit.

49 internship does not guarantee that they will intend to make a career in the same field of work due to other factors, such as the desire to try another job. Motivated interns tend to be more productive and eager to learn during their internship period. This research is similar to the previous research conducted by Datta, et al., in 2013 titled "Effect of Internship On Career Perception of Hotel Management Students" which shows that Motivation has a significant impact on Students' Perception of Work.
The results of the research indicate that Students' motivation or it is to find a job that suits their interest and can fulfill their needs which leads them to continue to follow the same line of work as their internship. The value of adjusted R-squared or coefficient determinant is 0.489 which means that 48.9%independent variable which is Learning, Satisfaction and Motivation influences the dependent variable Student Work Perception.
Conclusion
Recommendation
- For University
- For Future Researcher
- For Companies
So the university can give more guidance to students so that they can take the internship based on interests and skills. It is recommended to monitor the progress of the students during the internship if they have any problems during the period so that they can consult about it and also discuss the career plan. For future researchers, it is suggested to use several varieties of variables either in the dependent variable or independent variable.
As there is still much knowledge to be discussed under Learning, Satisfaction, Motivation and its influence on Student Work Perception and other factors that can be discovered outside of this model. With reference to the result of this research, the researcher will suggest the future researcher to use three dependent variables (Learning, Satisfaction and Motivation) under dimension of Student Work Perception because there are significant of learning, satisfaction and motivation to student work perception at the same time. To know the influence of internship experience on their view of work and intention to pursue career in the same area of work/industry.
Companies can design the internship program that accommodates the students' learning and motivates them to work. So students can feel comfortable working as interns, and hopefully star performers will want to return to work as full-time employees after they graduate.
