DI DESA PEGADUNGAN

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh: (1) kompensasi dan kompetensi secara simultan terhadap produktivitas petani padi di Desa Pegadungan, (2) kompensasi terhadap produktivitas petani padi di Desa Pegadungan, dan (3) kompetensi terhadap produktivitas petani padi di Desa Pegadungan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian adalah penggarap lahan persawahan padi di Desa Pegadungan dan objek penelitian ini adalah kompensasi, kompetensi dan produktivitas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh secara simultan kompensasi dan kompetensi terhadap produktivitas petani padi di Desa Pegadungan, (2) ada pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan kompensasi terhadap produktivitas petani padi di Desa Pegadungan, dan (3) ada pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan kompetensi terhadap produktivitas petani padi di Desa Pegadungan.

THE EFFECT OF COMPENSATION AND COMPETENCE ON RICE FARMERS' PRODUCTIVITY

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) compensation and competence simultaneously on productivity of rice farmers in Pegadungan Village, (2) compensation on productivity of rice farmers in Pegadungan Village, and (3) competence on productivity of rice farmers in Pegadungan Village. The research design used in this study is causal quantitative. The research subjects are cultivators of rice fields in Pegadungan Village and the objects of this research are compensation, competence and productivity. The sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents. The method of data collection is by using a questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) there was a simultaneous effect of compensation and competence on the productivity of rice farmers in Pegadungan Village, (2) there was a positive and significant effect of compensation on the productivity of rice farmers in Pegadungan Village, and (3) there was a positive and significant effect on the productivity of rice farmers in Pegadungan Village.
