Stroke adalah gangguan fungsi otak yang terjadi dengan cepat dan tiba-tiba yang berlangsung lebih dari 24 jam karena gangguan suplai darah ke otak. Yang berakibat pada kerusakan atau kematian sel-sel dalam otak. Metode : metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi literature review. Pengumpulan data pada metode ini dengan cara mengumpulkan jurnal-jurnal atau artikel berdasarkan kesesuaian konsep yang akan diteliti oleh peneliti, setelah itu peneliti melakukan tahap analisa sampai dengan mengambil kesimpulan. Data yang didapat peneliti dari setelah menganalisis didapatkan 5 jurnal. Hasil penelian menyebutkan adanya pengaruh ekstremitas terhadap depresi pada pasien post stroke. Saran : rekomendasi bagi para pembaca lebih memperhatikan gejala-gejala awal pada stroke agar mendapatkan penanganan segera dan memperhatikan kesehatan psikologis serta memberikan motivasi dan dukungan positif terhadap orang keluarga ataupun orang disekeliling kita.

Stroke is a sudden and rapid disruption of brain function that lasts more than 24 hours due to disruption of blood supply to the brain. Which results in damage or death of cells in the brain.
Methods : this research method uses a literature review study. Collecting data in this method is by collecting journals or articles based on the suitability of the concept to be studied, by the researcher, after which the researcher carries out the analysis stage to draw conclusions. The data obtained by researchers from after analyzing obtained 5 journals. The results of the studi indicated the influence of the exstremities on depression in post stroke patients. Suggestion : recommendations for readers to pay more attention to the early symptoms of a stroke in order to get immediate treatment and pay attention to psychological health and to provide positive motivation and support to family people or those around us.
