Mathematical and physical modeling with dynamic change in the center of gravity of the quadrotor (Conference paper). One of the challenges in aerial capture is the dynamic change in center of gravity (CoG). The design of the quadcopter control system must be able to compensate for the dynamic change in the CoG of the quadcopter.

It is caused when a quadrotor flies and carries a load. The CoG of the quadrotor does not coincide with the center of the quadrotor geometry. Therefore, to design a robust control system with respect to an added mass of payload, an accurate dynamic model of a quadrotor is highly required. In this paper, the dynamic change in CoG location of a quadrotor will be developed into a mathematical and physical model when the quadrotor carries a load while hovering.

In the simulation of the mathematical and physical model, the Euler angle and the altitude of the quadrotor are controlled by a PID compensator. The preliminary results obtained in this research are encouraging and reveal the effectiveness of the real-time implementation of the proposed estimators. To avoid their "memory" effect, which reduces the battery's life, it often has to be fully discharged, which is one of the biggest weaknesses of the Ni-MH batteries [1]–[4]. In this paper, we are interested in choosing the simplest Ni-MH battery model, easy to implement two of the most accurate model-based battery SOC estimators, such as Unscented Kalman Filter and Sliding Mode Observer.

However, this type of network must be operated carefully because there are many limitations that can hamper network performance, such as the unreliable wireless channel conditions and the limited processing capability of sensor motes. In this paper, we focus on one of the underspecified mechanisms in RPL, the Neighbor Unreachable Detection (NUD) mechanism.

The results of the experiments varying the interference levels and considering the node movement scenario show that both the proposed NUD mechanisms can provide much better performance in terms of Packet Reception Ratio (PRR) than the original NUD implementation in ContikiOS. The NUD implementation with DIO messages cannot match the similar level of performance of the NUD implementation with hello packets, but it can be implemented without adding more complexity to the RPL protocol. This article describes the implementation of Twofish - one of the finalists for the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) in the Field Programmable Gate Array - FPGA. Some researchers re-evaluate the characteristics of the finalists to obtain the best algorithm for their applications [3]–[6]. The sensitivity of the sensor, the effect of air-water distribution and the linearity of the response are analyzed and compared.

One of the most important parameters to be measured in the gas-liquid flow is the empty fraction. In addition, relatively high sensitivity of the capacitance sensor can be achieved due to the large value of the dielectric constant of liquid (e.g., water) over the gas component.
