5. How to use
Add inside. The defoaming agent is added into the water reducing agent or the dry-mixed mortar as a formula component.The general addition amount is 0.5 ‰ -1 ‰ of the total weight, and the specific addition amount shall be determined by test.

Product laboratory application evaluation method
I. Compatibility Test
I. Test condition selection
i. 100g of wat reducing agent moth liquor is added into a 250mL plastic bottle;
ii. The defoaming agent is directly added, and the adding amount is 0.1g;
iii. Oscillation frequency: 200r/min;
iv. Test temperature: test at normal temperature.
II. Test equipment Gyrotron oscillator
III. Test method
i 250 mL plastic bottle, add the specified amount of water reducing agent and the specified amount of antifoam agent
ii Stir with a glass rod until no obvious defoam agent droplets, and then place on the oscillator for 4h
iii The precipitation was observed after 24h.
IV. Result determination
With the same amount of defoamer, the same foaming medium and the same time at the same temperature, the less the defoamer precipitates, the better the compatibility.
V. Precautions
i. If the placement time is specified by the customer, it shall be carried out according to the customer's regulations.
2. Anti-foam performance test (vertical oscillation)
I Test condition selection
i In 250 mL plastic bottle, 5g water reducer mother liquid (water reducer after the compatibility test) ii Defoaming agent is added inside
iii Oscillation frequency: 360 r/min iv Test temperature: 5℃, 45℃.
II. Test equipment Vertical Oscillator
III Test method
i In the 250 mL plastic bottle, add 5g water reducing agent, and then dilute with water 1:19
ii Open the vertical oscillator and record the time of foam elimination at different times of oscillation.
VI. Result determination
Under the conditions of the same defoamer dosage, the same foaming system, the same shaking times or the same oscillation frequency and amplitude,The shorter the time for the foam to disappear to the liquid level, the better the foam suppression performance.
V. Precautions
i If the recorded debulking time is short, the test time can be extended appropriately.
ii If the customer has other test requirements, conduct the test as required by the customer
3. Anti-foam performance test (high-speed dispersion)
I Test condition selection i Dry mix: 200g
ii Defoaming agent added, the amount of 0.1%
iii Mixing speed / time: 900rpm dispersion for 3 minutes iv Test temperature: normal temperature test

III Test method
1. Anti-foam performance:
i Place 200g of dry material and 0.2g of solid defoaming agent in self-sealing bags according to the formula, shake and mix evenly
ii Wash the mixer and the dispersed container, and then add 42g of water and dry mixture to the container in turn, and stir with a glass rod until the powder is missing
iii Start the mixer, disperse at 900rpm for 3min, and immediately determine the density of the dispersion with a specific gravity cup
iv After the test, wash the mixer and the container II Flow test:
i Place 200g of dry material and 0.2g of solid defoaming agent in self-sealing bags according to the formula, shake and mix evenly
ii Wash the mixer and the dispersed container, and then add 42g of water and dry mixture to the container in turn, and stir with a glass rod until the powder is missing
iii Start the mixer and disperse it for 3min at 900rpm. After mixing, the prepared sample is filled with the flow test, scrape off the excess slurry at the upper mouth of the test, and lift 50mm vertically in 2S to keep the sample flow freely for 10s-15s. After the preparation of the specimen, start timing, after 4min, determine the diameter of the two vertical directions, and take the average value as the measurement value
iv After the test, wash the mixer and the container.
VII. Result determination i Anti-foam performance
In the same slurry system, with the same amount of defoamer and the same dispersion conditions (dispersion speed and time), the higher the density of the slurry,The better the defoaming performance.
ii Apical performance judgment: under the condition of the same defoaming agent, the same foaming system and the same mixing speed, the application performance of defoaming agent is better
(compared with the standard sample); the surface is smooth and no oil spot residue, the application performance of defoaming agent is better.
