With development technology make people think for could work more effective and efficient. One of them is with make system conventional becomes system computerization. Websites with utilise connected facilities with the internet. library can more effective and efficient in search and order book. In study this, I has designing web based system information use language PHP MySQL programming. With existence system this, hope could resolve various needs user for look for books and books as well as make it easy administration school in circulation loan book and creation report. From research that has conducted to thing the the author's results implement in design system information library web based at SMKN 8 BANDUNG.

In the era of modernization like moment this technology already becomes part from one needs human, even in life daily many activities that are not can free from existence technology. With existence a technology, information is very easy very accessible and obtainable. Where are we could access via a computer or smartphone. Real website not something new, however still many agencies that have not implement a

website for needs administration and others. Library is a platform that facilitates people to read books that have been neatly arranged, usually library could found in schools as well as in some center city certain. Library is very quiet and frequent place visited for look for reference whatever nor just read book. For students who go to school, place that really useful because in the library student could borrow book for look for also reference for work tasks. In the process of borrowing, returning and collecting data book usually officer take notes in a book big manually.

At SMKN 8 Bandung there are a

convenient library and have many type book however the library of SMKN 8 Bandung is still to do data collection manually fine from loan book return book nor data collection so that thing the rated really not enough efficient because besides wasteful paper, data is lacking accurate, and archiving becomes no arranged neat or still messy. When the officer will look for the book that has been borrowed, they must check and search by the book in question manually. It's also very draining energy and time. because of things that, then many lost book because no recorded who borrowed book that. So from that needed a system that can load information library in form system information library web based, because with system information website based data collection library could more efficient and effective so that officer could to do data collection, borrowing, and return book with good and more accurate in thing efficiency time.

Advantages with there is a library website this is one of them that is could accessed where course. A lot researchers who have make system information web based. On research before, system information created capable help parties related in the service process at the library. With existence system information library expected could repair and make profession officer library becomes more fast and easy user library in manage and borrow book.

As well as observing the transaction process carried out officer library during the loan process book return books and various activity existing data in the library. 4. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

4.1. Flowmap plot borrowing at the library of SMK Negeri 8 Bandung which is currently walk :

There are several stages or procedures that must be done by student at the time will to do loan books in the library of SMK Negeri 8 Bandung, namely :

a) Student come to library with register self using student NIS the for make website account library SMKN 8 Bandung.

b) After student data registered on the website, then student could log in to the website for choose the book that will borrowed.

c) Student could take the book that will borrowed in accordance necessity then provide book data the to the library admin.

d) After that the book that will borrowed scanned more first , when book already scanned and matched with amount borrowed books, then will given to student that.

e) Officer will make report membership based on NIS registration that has been processed, report the made to be 2

After to do borrowing, students who borrow book must return book the to library. Besides there is provision in procedure loan books, there are also some provision in the process of returning book, following conditions in plot return book :

a) Student bring the book that will returned to library.

b) Officer will see the data of students who have borrow books on the website admin library SMKN 8 Bandung. Then will re -scan the book that will returned, and student keep book back to place beginning moment borrow.

c) However if occur lateness time in return book, then officer library will wearing cost fine to student the in accordance with provision applicable regulations.

d) Based on of return data book that, then officer library will make report about return book, report the processed becomes two duplicate

each for library that alone and one again handed over to head library.

e) The officer will also make report related fine if there is lateness in return books by borrowers, reports it will also processed becomes two duplicate and submitted to each library that myself and also to head library.

Based on results research and discussion that has been outlined about planning system programming information library conducted at SMK Negeri 8 Bandung, can taken conclusion that system computerized library is very easy officer library in carry out the data collection process start from registration members, borrowing and returning book, counting fines, as well making report. System information library web based built is very helpful officer

library in to do library data processing, so that the manufacturing process report becomes more easy and can save time in making reports by officers.
