Things to remember :

Ethics in sending a message (to mentor, supervisor or others)

 Consider the time you send the message

 Prefer in week days & office hours.

 Use formal language (don’t send message in Bahasa Gaul)

 Don’t forget : Greeting (Selamat pagi, Selamat Siang, Selamat malam, etc)

 Don’t forget to write the identity in your message

 Content of the message : short and concise

 Say : “Sorry” if you think you disturb time

 Ending with : Thank you

 The students already received by the host company  Please request :

 Internship Letter (if the company required it), if no --- no need !

 Submit the Acceptance Letter from company to LSPR Careers & Employability Centre

 MCA (Mutual Cooperation Agreement)  no need for LSPR Corporate Partners or working students

 IPE (Internship Performance Evaluation) Before

end of Internship Programme in host company

CEC will serve all the companies, because limited companies ask to CEC and also think about the location, is it near to your residence or no??

 Please be polite in workplace,

 Don’t forget : you are a LSPR student

Consideration from the first time when you decide to apply the internship position in one company. The time period of internship (3 , 4 or 6 months), the location (consider the proximity of the location to your place or residence).

If you agree from the first time, then please have a

When you call for interview or selection process please be

experience. This explains specific benefits and importance of Internship

based from your own experiences.

It includes company profile, description of their training programme, company’s vision, mission, achievements and other

relevant information.

Part III – Assessment of the Internship a. Supervision

This refers to the description of the training programme executed by the company. An explanation on how the

supervisors and other employees provide assistance to interns. Overall this shows the comprehensive analysis on the

coaching and mentoring approach from the supervisor/s .

This refers to the duties and responsibilities of the intern.

- A clear statement of the actual work assignment given to intern which normally consists of a series of job assignments given by the superiors.

It is important to students to know that obstacles and difficulties are expected in any work place. Interns must identify and explain specific obstacles and problems encountered during the internship with the host company. This will also include statement on how the intern copes and overcome the said obstacles and
