953 THE MAIN AREAS OF ACTIVITY OF THE CLASS LEADER IN THE EDUCATION OF THE
NECESSARY SKILLS FOR AN INDEPENDENT LIFE IN STUDENTS A. N. Ziyayev

ANNOTATION
The article expresses the content of activities of the class leader in the management of the educational process on the education of the necessary skills for an independent life in students, as well as the problems and solutions that parents face in this regard.

In school life, in the management of the educational process, the class leader has a special role that cannot be replaced by others. He is a very important and responsible figure in school. Class leader activity, for the most part, is associated with the educational process. When taken in this aspect, it can be said that he is the chief educator, coach of the class. It organizes, organizes and educates its Classroom team, closely communicates with teachers, children's organizations, parents and the general public, and guides the general educational process in the classroom.
The task of the class leader is performed, mainly by science teachers.[2.]
This article covers in detail a number of issues such as the content, forms and methods of educational work carried out by the class leader in the upbringing of the necessary skills and high qualities for independent life in students, the organization of the class team, the Organization, Organization of the work of the student and the class team, planning, working with parents. At this point, lighting was achieved based on the pedagogical, methodological, spiritual works created so far, the ideas put forward by famous scientists, the pedagogical views of Eastern scholars, national values, as well as all the valuable, experiences accumulated over the previous years in the field of educational work.
The child was born.It will be the dream of the parents to put a worthy name for him,to teach what profession,to increase their happiness in life in US.For this,without saying day to day and night to night, the father mother is also on the move, in addition to her capabilities. The fact that our children live happily,finding a worthy place in life, largely depends on the early formation of the necessary skills for life in them.
It is known that all conditions for the upbringing of the younger generation are being created in our country, which is even more remarkable than ever. A continuous,continuous and consistent and systematic approach to the education of the necessary skills and high qualities for independent life in students is a factor of effectiveness.
Timely formation of the necessary skills and high qualities for an independent life in the younger generation is an untimely duty and task of the older generation to society. At a time when today's analytical and complex processes are taking place,educating the younger generation in the spirit of national and universal values, deciding the values of self-realization and independence,forming the spiritual image of our nation on their basis,further strengthening our independence is a matter of actual upbringing.[1]

954 As you know, a very broad view of the problems of today's upbringing is appropriate.It is appropriate to say that when we are unable to work with them in modern content in the moral and legal deficiencies that are currently being allowed by young people,we do not correctly understand their desire for desire.Why do conflicts,conflicts arise between parents and children,teacher and student? We cannot say that disrespect for moral,legal requirements does not lead to the emergence in society of a disgruntled young person who did not find the right path.
Being attentive to youth education should be considered as the future of ourselves, our family, our society. One of the main areas of activity of the class leader in the upbringing of the necessary skills and high qualities for an independent life, especially in student youth, is joint work with parents.
It is also important that class leaders, together with parents, organize educational work, take into account the latest psychological and pedagogical research data. In accordance with them, the contribution of the family to the formation of the personality of a growing person varies at different age stages and changes waveform. The lack of such knowledge leads to many mistakes in family education. It is impossible not to take this into account when the class leader works with parents. In this aspect, the following difficulties and mistakes of parents in raising children can be distinguished.
1. Lack of treatment of parents with children. They say little about themselves, about their work. Little interested in the life of the school boalas team, the interests of their child, his attitude to work with public works, etc.
2. Inability to organize their labor education by involving children in labor processes.
3. The presence of negative examples in the marriage of parents eliminates the pedagogical strength of the school.
4. Checking the mother-in-law teaching that the parenting effect is not consistent, cleaning up for something inappropriate work does not contribute to the formation of moral immunity.
5. The system of prohibitions as the basis of Family Education, the inability to educate on the basis of a social model is the result of the inability to organize a child's life in such a way that he always practices his correct behavior.
6. There is a lack of coordination of actions with the school or disagreement with it.
7. The fact that some parents slow down their educational activity as children grow up, which leads to a decrease in children's interest in school, moving away from parents.
8. Delay in making decisions. Thinking that the child enters and recovers his mind after he grows up is usually not justified, often leading to a situation of pedagogically neglected that requires re-education.
In this regard,it is necessary to come to some conclusions,make recommendations,invite many people to feedback,and some invite us to take a broad and deep approach and pay attention to the problems of upbringing, which we have covered in domestic:
- To give him life clarity, avoiding abstraction in the implementation of the content of upbringing on the basis of social order;
- To educate the culture of using the internet through the formation of skills in the use of Information Technology in young people based on the five initiatives of the president;

955 - Paying attention to their communication in their socialization to prepare them for family life, instilling in their minds the holiness of the family based on our values;
- To establish interest and aspiration for the acquisition of a modern profession,hard work, support of adults with respect for the opinion of the younger generation in their aspirations for their noble goal;
- To educate young people that the factor of all success in a person's life is in obtaining knowledge,working and striving;
- To educate in them such qualities as aspiration, searchability,creativity through training in the formation of skills for the maximum use of minimum opportunities;
– Broad popularization of pedagogical knowledge in cooperation with our parents,showing modern solutions to the issues of upbringing problems;
- Appropriate use of the educational values and opportunities of our Islamic religion;
- In the education of the younger generation,calmness,indifference, irresponsibility should always be in the attention of society, etc.
In conclusion, it should be said that first of all,it remains a requirement of the period for parents, teachers,class leaders and the general public to be able to masterfully carry out activities based on the content,forms and methods of modern education,upbringing and development of physical, spiritual skills and high qualities by educating students for independent life.
