In our country, respect and attention to women and girls is at a very high level, and adequate conditions are being created for them. We can see the attention paid to women and girls by our honorable president Shavkat Mirzieyov in a number of decisions and decrees issued. For example, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 02.09.2019 No. URQ-561 on the Law on the Protection of Women and Girls from Harassment and Violence, on the State Program of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to be implemented on March 2, 2020 in the "Year of Development of Science, Enlightenment and Digital Economy" also, in order to create more opportunities for women and girls to study in higher education institutions, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers on the procedure for organizing the admission of women and girls to participate in the competition within the framework of admission indicators based on the additional state grant to higher education institutions.
decision was confirmed. It is important to make women and girls educated and literate, to create jobs, and to direct them to professions.
No. PQ-5116 of 19.05.2021, the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On additional measures - activities related to the rehabilitation of women and girls who have been victims of violence" and on September 2, 2019, "Guarantees of equal rights and opportunities for women, girls and men on" and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On protection of women from violence" were adopted. Many reforms aimed at further increasing the conditions created for women and girls, their role and position in the family and society are being implemented.
We should also consider that every year November 25 is declared as the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
These days, in order to explain to female students the measures taken to protect women from harassment and violence in our country, and their results, a working group formed under the Women's and Gender Equality Committee of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan is operating and they are working to protect women from harassment and violence.
the reasons and conditions that led to the harassment and violence against the victimized women are being determined. The level of implementation of the state programs and regional programs adopted to provide medical and psychological assistance to women affected by sexual, physical, mental and economic violence directed at women-girls is being consistently studied.
The creation of quick notification mechanisms about the facts and identified causes that endanger women's life or health is bearing fruit.

630 Today, in our country, large-scale measures are being implemented to support and protect the rights of female students. A survey was developed to find out how well the students are familiar with these presidential decisions and how these decisions shape their worldviews.
In order to prevent harassment and aggression and to study the state of formation and development of female students' outlook, research questionnaires were conducted among female students studying in higher education, 308 female students participated in it. In this regard, the following tasks were defined in the formation of a worldview aimed at preventing harassment and violence among female students.
1.To acquaint female students with the work being done in this regard so as not to suffer from harassment and violence;
2.Showing documentaries depicting the lives of victims of oppression and violence;
3.Conducting preventive measures in higher education to prevent cases of harassment and violence against female students and improve the culture of mutual relations;
4.Conducting activities with state bodies, citizens' self-governance bodies to prevent harassment and violence that may be used against female students;
5. To shed light on the preventive work being carried out on persons with antisocial behavior who are prone to harassment and violence or who have committed it;
6. Such as implementing a scientific approach to study the reasons and conditions that lead to harassment and violence against female students and to take measures to eliminate them.
In order to build self-confidence in female students, we have been developing self-defense skills by discussing resources such as the following information with them. "In the national legislation of all countries in the world, special importance is attached to the provision of human rights and freedoms, in particular to the protection of the life, health, honor and dignity of a person from various criminal attacks. In particular, in our national legislation, issues of protection of human rights and freedoms, protection of his life, health, dignity and other legal interests are given priority. In particular, Article 26 of our Constitution states: "No one can be subjected to torture, violence, cruel or other forms of pressure degrading human dignity." In addition, the Law "On Protection of Women from Harassment and Violence" reflects the norms related to ensuring women's rights, freedoms and legal interests, protecting them from harassment and violence. It should be noted that with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 3 of January 4, 2020 "On measures to improve the system of protection of women from harassment and violence" "On issuing protection warrant to women victims of harassment and violence, ensuring its execution and monitoring "Regulation approved".
Today, attention to female students in the higher education system is becoming more positive day by day. "If we take the field of education alone, we have had differences in securing the future of girls and boys in terms of education, career choices, and this outlook still exists. True, all children are educated at school. But later, when it comes to choosing a profession, studying at a higher educational institution, more attention and priority is focused on the boy's education, creating all the conditions for him. Some people believe that only the boy should be educated and educated, because he is our breadwinner. When it comes to a girl child, it takes a different turn. He studies because schooling is compulsory. But then emphasis is placed on the concept that "this is someone's wife, if necessary, the spouse will take care of it." However, if a girl has a higher education, the more knowledge and potential she acquires, she will pass it on

631 to her children in the future, and they will responsibly approach the issue of bringing up a well- rounded generation. The future of the country will be created by mothers with such a worldview.
In turn, I know many women in our society today who are highly educated and capable, but who devote themselves to their families, husbands and children. After all, if the husband earns enough money to support the family, and the woman herself spends all her time and labor for her children, why should we force her to work? This is their right, their choice. So, in order for women to find their place in society, first of all, the attitude of parents plays a big role, and secondly, the opportunity to include them in higher education plays an important role. For example, if a female student gets married, she will have to continue her studies with difficulty.
It is good if she falls into the hands of a supportive father-in-law and mother-in-law, but imagine what it would be like if a daughter-in-law belongs to a family that says, "What would you like to study?" Such problems accumulated over the years, nine percent of young people's participation rate in higher educational institutions became a big obstacle in educating women with higher education, broad thinking and outlook. Happily, modern-thinking parents, in-laws, and grooms are increasing today. On the other hand, great facilities and eases are being created for women to get an education and become a professional, not on paper, but in real life. ...First of all, great attention should be paid to the education, education, and occupation of our girls.
The entire system should be equally responsible for preparing our women for life. If it is possible to involve the whole society, there will be no need for a special office dealing with women's issues. So, if not only higher education, but the whole system is active in working with female students, our female students will never be victims of oppression and violence.
