Mr Punit Kongi started the webinar with registration summary, and then invite Dr G S Hebbar, HoD, ME & AE to start the event.
Dr G S Hebbar now requested all to - Pause in silence and pray almighty for his blessings and explained the event overview and making understand the crowd on why the topic has been chosen.
Mr Punit presented a very short overview of CHRIST and ARAI and the partnership(MoU) between both.
Mr Punit invited Mr N V Marathe,Director ARAI, to address - Highlight ARAI organization and its partnership with CHRIST Mechanical and Automobile Engineering and emphasized on transport of goods and people has majorly served by IC Engine for several decades.

Following questions where asked to the panel members
1. What are the options for your prime movers and how will you increase the efficiency &
durability of your prime mover?
2. How do you rate Well to wheel Emission for your prime mover?
Will power grids be able to handle increased Electricity demands?
3. Some of the component costs may be higher initially due to low sales!
How would you rate the cost of your prime mover today and how will you take care of supply chain, without creating imbalance amongst the present component manufacturers?
4. What is your perception about customer acceptance of your prime mover in terms of range, charging, servicing, etc.?
5. How would you support Academia for Skill Development in the areas of your Prime movers? Students are losing interest in IC Engines and not sure about EV's future?
The panel members gave a brief 10min presentation each and explained on all the question the point of view from their experience.
At end Dr K C Vora summarized and concluded the session- all the types of the vehicle will be existing in the future together.
