NOTICE
It is proposed to dispose off the scrap material related to old answer scripts and other material of the Examination Branch.
Quotations are hereby invited from the desirous venders to take up the job. The activities like collections of papers from the Various Sections of Examination branch, cutting the papers in to small pieces, packing and loading etc, are to be taken up entirely at the cost of vendors only.
Last date for submission of quotations will be on 23/02/2021, at 3 pm in the chambers of the Director of Evaluation and will be opened at 4-00 PM on the same day. The Highest quoted vendor satisfying the below criteria will be given the order.
Terms & Conditions:
1. The Vendors shall make arrangements for collections of papers , packing & loading etc.
at their own cost
2. The bags shall be lifted into the lorry in the presence of JNTUH staff only.
3. The weight of the individual bags will be noted in a register, based on the weighing machine provided by the University, by the JNTUH staff, in the presence of the vendor.
4. The total weight of a lorry load is chargeable as per the quoted price.
5. The balance amount due, if any, shall be cleared immediately by the vendor.
6. The decision of the Director of Evaluation is final to cancel/ postpone the above bid without assigning any reasons.

JNTU Hyderabad invites quotations from the reputed venders for shredding of old answer scripts and other material of Examination Branch. The terms and conditions can be had from the Office of Director of Evaluation, Examination Building, JNTUH, Kukatpally, Hyderabad on payment of Rs.5,000/- in the form of a (non refundable)demand draft issued by a nationalized bank in favour of the Registrar, JNTU Hyderabad payable at Hyderabad.
An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) amount of Rs.5,00,000/- shall be deposited in the form of demand draft issued by a nationalized bank in favour of the Registrar, JNTU Hyderabad payable at Hyderabad, while submitting their quotation.
The sale of Tender Documents commences from: 15/02/2021 to 23/02/2021 at 2-00 PM
Last date for Submission of Tender: 23/02/2021 at 3-00 PM Date & Time of Opening of Tenders: 23/02/2021 at 4-00 PM
